The home features a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two Queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. For entertainment, each bedroom and the living room are equipped with 4K smart TVs, complemented by high-speed internet for seamless streaming and connectivity.

This tranquil retreat is thoughtfully furnished to maximize space and create a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen, featuring brand-new appliances, seamlessly flows into a spacious dining area—perfect for gathering and sharing meals. Step onto the covered back porch, which overlooks a large, fenced backyard where your four-legged companions can roam freely. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the propane grill and accessories, or unwind around the backyard fire pit—we provide all the wood and gas for your convenience.

During the summer months, guests are welcome to pick fresh seasonal vegetables from our raised garden beds. For entertainment, we offer a variety of games for all ages, including classics like Monopoly, Jenga, and Cornhole, along with the popular Giant Connect Four. Families with young children will also find a high chair, a pack ‘n play, and specially designed plates and cups to make their stay even more comfortable.

We are located just 30 minutes from both Richmond and Colonial Williamsburg and 20 minutes from Richmond International Airport (RIC). If you're wanting to hit the beach for the day, Yorktown beach is a 45 min drive away.
