Brand new Washer and Dryer and laundry supplies free.Theplace is the perfect all in one vacation spot on offroad trails with lake and golf course as well as hiking cross country ski trails small town charm and home cooking just a short 3 mile ride.The villa has miles of Atv walking cross-country skiing, snowmobile, and snowshoe trails and fishing dock complete with poles and tackle. Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, tennis court, mountain biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, and Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This lovely resort is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. Visit Forest Historical Center, the Judy Garland Museum, Grand Rapids and Aitkin shopping, antique shops,. There is something to capture everyone's interest. ( Just a few steps away there is a "SISTER" villa available so you can rent both and have room for large family

Everything was excellent! Came up to surprise the grandparents and it was the perfect place to fit us all! We did have 4 vehicles and every night we had somebody park in one of the assigned spots but other then that it was a great place!!

Great for families. Had all basic necessities, laundry was a huge plus. Plenty of hot water for showers. Only downside was no parking for trailers.

We had a lovely time. It was green and simple. We loved the golf course - affordable and fun! Wish there was easier access to the pool and nice beach and rentals.

Hill city family getaway

Perfect spot for the family all beds very comfortable close to the dock and town. Everything you need is there and then some. Book it. You won’t be disappointed we were not. Host answered very quickly to any questions and we will certainly book again

Great Family Accommodations

We were there for a family memorial in Grand Rapids which was a ways from where we spent our days, but the facilities fit our needs and the manager was very thoughtful in making sure stay was fun. We flew in from out of state and being in a functional home-like facility with appliances and supplies made trip less stressful. And, the snacks was nice. thank you, Peggy

Close to Grand Rapids

Had a wonderful stay. It was close to family and not too far into Grand Rapids. We wish parking was better, only room for one car in front of condo, and had to walk a block to the parking lot. Not ideal for families with young children.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was good; close to lake and golf course. ATV trails were good as well. One suggestion would be to provide covers for pans for cooking in the kitchen, a can opener, and supply of ketchup. Overall, I would recommend this VBRO to others as a great place to spent some quality time with family or friends.
