The property was beautiful. The condo was very nice. Granite countertops, very nice stainless steel appliances, large bathrooms, and the place was well stocked with most everything you need. The pool and property was very nice and well maintained. My wife and I walked to the beach every morning and evening. And unlike most places we got to park the car in the garage. We are hoping in the future to be able to stay at this unit again.

We really enjoyed this home and the location was excellent. It was a comfortable and well equipped place. The walk to the beautiful beach was beautiful and easy. What a great place to come back to after seeing other parts of the island!

Everything you need for an awesome stay! The access to the beach club is amazing and there was plenty of sand toys and boogie boards in the garage for the kids. Amenities were well stocked. Seamless communication with owners - thanks so much!

We love the Palm Villas. The hot tub, pool and grounds are nice to enjoy. This unit has everything we needed from the comfortable beds to kitchen utensils. We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel stuff and cooler. Owner quickly responded to all of our VRBO correspondence.

Directions were good, check in was efficient. The villa was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Appliances worked, and the pool and hot tub area were great.

Jim and Helen were great to work with. They answered questions in a timely manner and were open to receiving feedback about the condo. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood which is great. We found out, though, that the HOA is watching. Having a full set of HOA rules would be good to share with the guests. After we were notified of our towel violation, we were surprised about a few other rules that we were not aware of.Unfortunately, the lady who lives upstairs is a very early riser and has a heavy-footed walk. We could hear her vacuum at 7 AM, hear her shower at 6 AM, hear her walk around, move furniture, and even some jumping. If you are here for sleeping in as we were, this is not ideal. It was a nice place, great neighborhood that was conveniently located by Foodland. The housecleaning could be improved upon, which we did share with Jim and Helen.

This is a beautiful condo just a few steps from the lovely pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with enough pans, bowls and silverware. It even had plenty of baking dishes, which we enjoy by making a pineapple upside-down cake! Plenty of beach towls and beach gear! My only complaints are the bathroom needs more light and the couch could be replaced, it's too saggy.

Excellent stay

We were so happy with our stay, we will definitely look for this spot again in the future. Very clean, Beach club access a huge plus, well appointed, and close to amazing dining options. Great option for a couple or family with kiddos. Super quiet, very relaxing, cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay! Jim and Helen were incredibly accommodating and their communication was above and beyond. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay including trips to the beach. We would absolutely return.

Great location

Beautiful property with access to many amenities. Well stocked kitchen, which is a personal must have. Would stay here again. Only thing I would suggest is a recycling bin - it was tragic how much recycling when into the garbage.

Great place!

This rental was clean, well-equipped and in a beautiful location in the Mauna Lani resort area. We had the pool to ourselves most days and it is a quick drive to the beach. Exactly what we were hoping for and as described in the listing. Hosts even went out of their way to return a forgotten item to us, which was so kind.

Relaxing stay!

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Unit had everything we needed and was located within 15 minute walk to beach, some shops and restaurants, and Mauna Lani hotel/resort. Hosts were responsive. Very quiet area. Accessed the Mauna Lani beach club (a short drive) which is a nice calm beach for swimming and snorkeling, and has lounge chairs available (for free!). Great stay in quieter part of island.

A Great Stay in a Fantastic Location

A very comfortable home away from home on the most beautiful grounds in the heart of the Mauna Lani resort area. Spacious and quiet townhome with a well-equipped kitchen, and all the necessary comforts of home. A beautiful pool surrounded by lush gardens just steps away from the townhome. Jim and Helen were great hosts, and were very attentive to our needs. Will definitely return again!

Awesome Mauna Lani Location

Perfect Mauna Lani location, short walk to the beach on lava trail, close to restaurants, hotel amenities and the pool is just outside the patio door. The unit is great for a couple or family with a few children. Everything is provided for cooking in the unit or for the beach. Hosts responded immediately when needed. Would choose this location if we return to Mauna Lani.
