Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area. $250.00 fee to replace Mauna Lani Beach Club card if lost.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking: This rental unit is allowed a maximum of two vehicles: the first in the garage and the second in an unassigned space with the unit parking placard displayed. Please be aware that garages at Palm Villas are relatively small and may not accommodate oversized vehicles. Parking for the unit is in the garage. If you are going to rent a car, we recommend requesting one no larger than a mid-size SUV. A large SUV or Truck may not fit in the garage. If you plan to have two cars, please notify us so that we can provide the unit parking placard for the second vehicle. Please be aware that a maximum of two vehicles is allowed per rental unit.
No commercial or oversized vehicles, including moving trucks or trailers, may be parked on the premises overnight.

The Palm Villas in Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the center of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic âstart-up supplyâ of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
