This is our second time staying here. The house is clean and provides all the basics. Convenient to the University, downtown, box stores and restaurants. We really appreciate the attached garage. Owner is kind and very responsive. We look forward to staying again.

Very clean and comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here when we were in town to watch our son when he was in a college fishing tournament. The property was just as described. Very clean, easy to park. Our son actually stayed with us the last night and he was able to park his boat and truck and we parked our van with no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Basic home, clean inside, comfortable. Host was very responsive to a few minor issues we had and he accommodated our request for an early check in.

Just what we needed.

Overall our stay was pleasant. We had an issue during check in that was promptly and satisfactorily addressed by the host. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Best part about our week was the deer in the neighborhood that we saw every morning, and often even during the day from the kitchen window.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for my family. We came to see our son fish Lake Hartwell. The house was clean, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Plenty of parking for all our cars too.

Home away from home

We throughly enjoyed this house and wish that we would have found out about it before our daughter graduated AU. Great locations, quiet neighborhood and house was like staying at our own house. Everything we needed we had. We will definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this beautiful home. The owners were great to work with and quick to respond.

Just what we needed

We rented this property to visit a friend locally. The house was just as described in the listing. The temperature was comfortable in the house when we got there. The property manager was wonderful in communicating and responding quickly. Our stay was pleasant and we would definitely return!

Perfect spot in Anderson

We really enjoyed staying here. The property was on a street but far away from other homes. We felt safe. Easy access to main roads. We were moving our daughter into her dorm and were only 7 minutes from the university. The house seemed really clean with the new flooring. Beds were comfortable. House includes a garage which was a big bonus and something we were looking for. Would highly recommended to Anderson parents looking to Visit their college kid.

Great place to stay!

We were in town for 8 nights and rented the house listed. We arrived and found the house to be very clean and ready to go. Before arriving I asked if there was a bbq and was quickly answered. The owner made sure there was a bbq and propane ready to go for us. That was a life saver for sure! The yard was clean and had everything needed to run the house for a week. There was plenty of parking for our boat and car to be stored outside. The neighborhood is very clean and safe as well. There is also a garage with a. Washer and dryer. We would definitely rent from this host again. He was very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again!
