In a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, this duplex is an easy stroll to fabulous shopping, wonderful dining, and the hustle and bustle of the Northshore . The historic Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge is a quick stroll down the hill, and you have several choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or ice cream along the way! Walk to Coolidge Park, the Art District or the Tennessee Aquarium via the RiverWalk. With a Bike Chattanooga station at Coolidge Park, you can pedal all over the city for an hour or a day. The private front stoop is perfect for your first cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail, and the backyard is a songbird haven. A public pickleball court, charcoal grill, ball field and neighborhood park are nearby, and all kinds of hiking trails are a short drive away.

Clean comfortable little unit. Bedrooms were spacious for our needs. Our host was responsive during our stay and we have no issues. The sofa was not really comfortable but we weren’t in the condo too much so not really an issue. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding, towels, blankets for use which was nice. Made for a great weekend!

Perfect Getaway!

This was a wonderful stay! My roomie and I needed a small getaway, and it was perfect for the two of us! The location was great, and the property was very clean and well stocked with things like towels, dishes, blankets, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to book this property again next time we are on the area!

Good space

It was clean and near downtown. The hill is not that great if you’re pushing a stroller. However, everywhere we went was a five-minute drive. The beds were comfortable.

Wonderful neighborhood stay

So appreciated this gem of a house in the wonderful North side area of Chattanooga! The house was immaculate and the owners really provided everything we needed from coffee and blow dryers to wonderful recommendations on where to go!

Nice renovated kitchen and bathroom

From outside it is a small and old house but interior is renovated, nice and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped. I like a firm mattress which is usually not found in vacation rentals. Shower water pressure was excellent. If I am in the area, I would choose this house again.

Quaint & Perfect

Love the location of this adorable place. The park across the street is great if you want to play some pickle ball. The neighborhood is just the loveliest for a walk. The North Shore is walking distance if you choose, with many options for delicious food. The house has all the things you need for a beautiful stay.

Pleasant stay

Good place to stay in Chattanooga. If you do plan to walk into town, take note of the VERY steep hill to get to and fro! Some good amenities but a few more kitchen items would have been a bonus (ex.: additional oven pan, something to store leftovers in)

Perfect Location

Loved the proximity of the house to the many amazing places to eat, downtown, and yet it was quiet and peaceful. Loved popping over to Coolidge park to play Pickleball!

Perfect weekend getaway

It really is a calm and quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay. It felt like the hosts really wanted their guests to enjoy their home. With comfy plush towels, clean sheets, coffee and even dish soap! We slept great each night! It is close to downtown Chattanooga, the aquarium, great food, and walkable shopping. I plan to be back and I would love to stay here again.
