Ft, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. **Sparkling**Clean** Bright and airy! BRAND NEW DECK! LESS than half a mile from Frazier Ave./Walking Bridge/Coolidge Park. 1 mile to the aquarium. Walk to Publix/Walgreens. Park and walk/Uber the whole time! One parking spot and plenty of free parking on the street. Large deck. A one of a kind stay and convenient to the city!

King size beds in both rooms! Two FULL bathrooms. NEW DECK! Stocked with everything you need for the weekend. Laundry and dishwasher available. Sound machine, ceiling fans, large soft towels, great beds with 4 pillows each, coffee and tea cabinet with drip coffee maker and French Press. Large NEW private deck with picnic table and seating for cocktails on nice evenings. View of the city and ridge. The driveway is shared, but the house, deck and one designated parking spot is all yours for your stay!

The Greenhouse was the perfect stop for our short visit to Chattanooga! The home was spotless. Beds were comfy and king size was a definite plus! We loved the deck for the beautiful sunset, a nightcap, and our morning coffee. The neighborhood was so convenient for exploring North Chat and the riverfront. And just 30 minutes to a great hike in Cloudland Canyon SP. Highly recommend!

Great stay

This house was very clean and very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is great! All the restaurants recommended were great. Don’t miss the ice cream place. We visited Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Medal of Honor Museum and the art museum. All are great. Thanks for all the advice.

The property was very clear. Great location. Parking space was small and not suited for an SUV. Inside the space was clean , but the floor were warped and springy. The house seemed as if it had not been occupied for some time. House was very humid, may be a moisture issue underneath the house.

North shore hangout

property is perfect for a long weekend stay patio is great, extra fans are a nice touch but A/C worked great. kitchen is nicely appointed, beds are soft and plenty of room for 4 adults great location to grocery and north shore eateries. parking is a little tight since you share a back awning with the house in front but caused no issues

Great spot in the North Shore area

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect getaway for our New Year’s Eve trip. Close enough to walk everywhere, but still in a nice quiet spot.

North Chatt Getaway

Our family had a wonderful at this cute house. Very convenient location, wonderful communication with the host, very tasteful furnishings, extremely clean, and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again. The house is located behind another house that share a driveway. So it was a little confusing at first and the driveway is a challenge. But not a problem once you figure that out. The host was very easy to work with and was extremely accommodating. Check in and check out were a breeze. The outdoor space was superb and the views were breathtaking. Thank you for having us!

Girls trip

Stayed in this sweet little house for a girls trip. It was convenient to most things we wanted to do. It gave us individual space for a great get away but great for spending time together too.

Overall nice little house

The house was really cute although I would not suggest it for 2 adult couples as the two bedrooms are right next to each other and you can hear through the walls. Also, there is only a love seat and 2 straight back chairs for sitting in the house although there were several nice chairs outside on the super cute patio (unfortunately it rained every night we were there so we were unable to use the patio). Also, there was only 3 flat pillows on each bed so a pillow queen like myself had to use the pillows from the love seat. Overall the house was clean, cute and in good location with a private parking spot which was nice. Would definitely recommend for a family or single couple. Oh and host was quick to respond to any questions we had.
