Property was perfect for our group. Loved the location and themes. The only issues was trash pick up and getting through the gate on Saturday night. Took almost an hour to get through the traffic checking in. The house itself is perfect!

This home was amazing! The home was very inviting, cozy, and clean! The rooms were fantastic, and we enjoyed the different themed rooms. There was more than enough room for our family. The game room was a hit with the children. The pool area was very nice, we spent a lot of time in the pool and patio area! I would definitely recommend this property and the host was incredibly welcoming!

I would highly recommend this property for rental!!! We had everything we needed and close to shopping, Disney Etc. The pool was amazing!! The owner was amazing to work with!! If we come to this area again we would definitely stay here!

House was wonderful spotlessly clean on arrival it was in a great location with easy access to access the parks and shopping. My only criticism would be the outside area although the pool was fabulous the outdoor furniture was discoloured I would like to point out though that I’m probably not picking here. The space in the house fabulous all the bedrooms and games room again were fabulous would definitely stay here again and would certainly reccomend

Bruno was very communicative and helpful when we did have issues. The listing details are not 100% accurate. For the money we spent, we only had ONE lounge chair in the pool area (for a 9 bedroom house). Bruno did have 3 more chairs delivered, but it took hours on the one day we had to spend time at the pool. We lost internet for 24 hours which was a big problem for work/school. The pool machinery was very loud, especially for the downstairs master bedroom. Bruno let us know they would turn it off since it needed repair. Overall, while the property is very nice and Bruno was helpful, we were disappointed with the quality of the house/maintenance issues for what we paid per night.

Great holiday with family

We enjoyed our time immensely. The home is spacious and lots of room for our family. Grandkids loved the pool and game room. Kids bedrooms were adorable. Our granddaughter loved the Encanto room! Thanksgiving football on 120” projection TV: fantastic! Only issue is evening traffic getting thru security into the development. Just be prepared and informed it may take a few minutes waiting in line. But we would definitely stay again. Thanks for letting us borrow your home!

Great house

The house is great - exactly as pictured. Super clean and incredibly spacious and comfortable. The communication with Bruno prior to our stay was not great which was stressful because I had some questions that were not answered until the day before check in. But, once we checked in and were given the name and number of the local property manager, Aria, we got everything ironed out. Aria was incredibly responsive and helpful. One thing to note, we assumed the "spa" part of the pool was a hot tub and it's not. It can be heated but only to the same temperature as the pool. This was our only disappointment but it was very minor and knowing this we would still stay in this house again!

The home is fantastic and was perfect for our group of 12. There were plenty of beds and plenty of space to hang out. Communication about check in, check out and advisories was excellent. We were provided “starter” shampoo, soap, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. You will need to purchase more if your stay is more than a couple of days (and that was one of the advisories). There are details about mini-golf and a water slide-those are located about 5 minutes away from the house. There was a fee to play mini golf but all other activities are included. There is a club that is walkable from the house that has a nice pool and a restaurant. Both clubs appear newer and were very nice. The kids had so much fun. Towels for the pools were provided in the home. Please be advised that at times the line to get into the gate was backed up resulting in a wait of several minutes to get in (it wasn’t bad). Overall, I would highly recommend this home. There is a Target, Wal-Mart and Publix within 5 minutes and Instacart delivered to the house.
