Tidewater requires a $35 plus tax check in fee, total for the whole property, up to 6 people. This includes parking passes and access to the common areas for your entire stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
**Main Bedroom** King bed with en suite bathroom and TV for relaxing. Sliding glass door that leads out to the magnificent unobstructed views of the Gulf.
**Room 2** (There is NO privacy door, but there IS a closet) Bunk beds for the kiddos to enjoy and relax after long days at the beach or in the pool. 150 lb. limit per bed
**Living Room** A sleeper sofa in the living area allows for 6 to sleep comfortably in the condo.
