Spinnaker Beach House

Totalement rénové et prêt à être votre destination de vacances préférée à la plage. Lorsque vous entrez dans cette unité souhaitable, vous serez accueillis par les vues spectaculaires sur le parcours de golf depuis les magnifiques baies vitr��es. Cette maison est baignée de lumière naturelle et vous allez adorer son aménagement attrayant et décontracté. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont récemment achevé des mises à jour complètes de la maison, notamment dans la cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable noir et des salles de bains avec douches en mosaïque et coiffeuses en granit. Deux niveaux d’espace de vie permettent à la pièce de se déplacer. La chambre principale au deuxième étage a un lit King et l'accès à une charmante terrasse qui sera un endroit idéal pour se détendre. Un lit gigogne dans la véranda, ouvert sur la cuisine, peut accueillir des invités supplémentaires. Également au niveau principal, une autre terrasse extérieure étend l'espace de vie tout en profitant de la beauté naturelle de l'île Seabrook.

Près de la plage et de toutes les commodités du complexe Seabrook Islands, le 770 Spinnaker ne vous décevra pas! Déballez vos sacs et commencez à vivre la vie de l'île.

Les cartes d'agrément vous donnant accès aux installations du Seabrook Island Club sont comprises dans le loyer. Ces cartes vous donnent accès aux piscines en bord de mer du Beach Club (en saison), au nid Pélican en plein air (en saison), au restaurant / bar en plein air au Nid Pélican (en saison), au restaurant / bar Island House, au golf et au tennis. Des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour toutes les activités sauf l'utilisation de la piscine extérieure. Loved Seabrook

We enjoyed the location, close to beach, and beach club pools and service. This rental has everything you might need, especially kitchen items, and beach chairs and toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a great time in this house! It was beautiful, clean, and the management company was incredibly responsive during our stay if we had any questions. It was a quick walk to the beach, although we chose to drive a little farther down to enjoy the larger section of beach. Having access to the Beach Club and Lake House pools was great!

Great property, close to beach!

Fantastic house, nice decor, nothing more you could ask for. Within walking distance to beach access. Great neighborhood to view wildlife. Grocery shopping close by. Easy drive to Charleston for sightseeing, and awesome meals. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect Family Vacay Stay!

We loved the townhouse, location & tranquil views! Ease of reservations, communication with Coastal Getaways & home amenities were all perfect. Just a quick walk/bike ride to the beach & pool made our coastal vacay enjoyable . We’ve never visited Seabrook before & it is truly a little slice of heaven. Definitely would recommend 770 Spinnaker to others…

Love, love, love!

Our family loved the spaciousness, location and modern updates of this villa. The dining room table was large and spacious, there was plenty of seating in the living room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well decorated. We were thrilled with the location - just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this unit!

I have spent time in about a dozen of Seabrook Island rental homes. 770 is one that I’ll go back to for sure. I enjoy the bright, clean, comfortable space. It is managed incredibly well. It was a pleasure.

My family and dog (small labradoodle) had a wonderful week staying at 770 Spinnaker. We loved the location being close to the beach and loved the decor and the space. The house is very comfortable. It was fun having bikes to get where we need to go. We rarely used the car.

Great location on seabrook/ nicely renovated

I grew up with my parents owning a spinnaker so I already knew it’s one of the best locations on the island for a 2 bedroom with great, open space (can walk across the street to pelican beach or half mike up the street to the golf club and beach club/pools. It is also very nicely and appropriately renovated. There are no beach chairs/bike/toys so you can bring or rent (Kyle at sea salt surf has given my kids surf lessons at the public beach by kiawah the last few years and now also delivers bike/ chair rentals etc if needed) The unit did have a nice spice rack to the left of the stove which makes grocery shopping /cooking easier. We’re full members of the club so didn’t need the guest cards but it is important to rent a place that offers guest amenity cards on seabrook in order to use the beach club /pools/ tennis courts etc. you can find fees online. We would definitely rent this home again.

Everything Everything

This rental property had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday visit to Seabrook. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was CLEAN (which is a priority for our family!), it was close to everything. We rode bikes, walked the dogs on the beach, hung out at Fresh Fields, cooked in most nights -- just had the best time. The property manager was helpful and communicative for a slight "lock out" situation that we had -- our fault entirely. Would most definitely rent here again and again.

February on Seabrook island

We had a great month, exceptional weather. Our Spinnaker Beach House was very easy to make home on for a month and proximity to the beach was wonderful. People and surrounding pets were very kind and dogs well behaved. Lots of renovations are happening so we did have plenty of trucks and workmen but would surely go back.

Lovely stay at 770 Spinnaker Beach House

This property was perfect for my husband and me and our two teenage daughters. The location was great and we used our Amenity card daily to have access to the Beach club and pools. I definitely recommend renting bicycles for the week to navigate the island. The house was clean and well furnished and in a great location.
