This is a great house! Perfect for family IU weekends. Clean and organized with a fully stocked kitchen for all your game day prep needs. Comfortable and clean. Nice linens and towels.

Great place for our group! We came in for homecoming weekend with two families and had plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect for getting to campus and town. We’d definitely stay here again!

Host was great with communication and instructions in the house was prepared well with excellent towels and kitchen, coffee towels, etc. As a VRBO host ourselves, we appreciate the communication and house prep. Two other couples stayed with us on our visit for the weekend. Host was great with our feedback on the mattresses and smaller items to improve.

Clean and spacious house, with plenty of beds, showers and everything you need! perfect for a visit to Bloomington, not far at all from campus and Kirkwood avenue, easy drive from house to nearby attractions, quiet and beautiful neighborhood that made us feel safe the moment we drove in! The inside of this place is fantastic. The comfort is fantastic. Even the towels are great. Really good WiFi. The kitchen is very well stocked for a VRBO. You can definitely make a meal. Washer and dryer are pretty new and nice. The only issue is the neighbors are not happy about the Yard. It appears it may never gets mowed. Very high!

Great stay

Very nice, clean and great space to hang out. The bedroom with a queen and 2 twins is a queen bunk bed with twin on top and twin trundle. Beautiful house. Thank you.

This rental had everything to make you feel at home. Great towels and comfortable beds. The coffee was a huge plus as well. House is very clean and location was perfect. Thank you for a great stay! Communication throughout the booking and stay was fantastic.

Went to see the Eclipse

This was a perfect spot for us. It was me my daughter and her kids. All adults so we had space for whatever we needed. We had a delightful stay and will keep this property in mind for future.

Perfect home for our family weekend

This home was perfect for our weekend trip to Bloomington! I was surprised at how close it was to everything. More importantly, the home was spotless. It was incredibly clean and felt very comfortable. The host was very responsive and always available to assist with anything we needed. They also had a high chair for my toddler, which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

The house is very clean, trendy, and having two living spaces is an added bonus. The neighborhood is quiet (great for sleeping soundly). The Clear Creek trail is a nice, close get away into nature. All this while being literally minutes away from town. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!

This house really serves it’s purpose as a clean, inviting and comfortable home away from home. Everything was too notch including linens, towels , kitchen utensils and even the TP. Classy owners who get the premise of rentals.

Great Stay in Bloomington

Hello! We had a great time at this FANTASTIC house. It was even better than the pictures! This well appointed home was perfect for our weekend trip. The spacious kitchen and family room were ideal, and the location was great for IU activities. The home was beyond clean, and the upgrades to the property were lovely. We will back!

All-too-brief getaway

Our stay was fabulous! This rental is well-appointed and is located next to trails, splash pads, parks, IU, terrific restaurants, Brown County State Park, and Nashville shops. The neighborhood in which this property is located is safe and friendly and quiet. I would definitely book again!
