A modern coastal style and freshly renovated condo located in beautiful Bloomington Indiana less than one mile from Lake Monroe. The second story cozy condo sits on the 18th hole of our gated community. Amenities include a king size bed, queen size bed and Ashley queen sleeper sofa, fast unlimited WiFi internet and a 50" 4K LED TV with Hulu Live. Perfect for football and basketball games, parents weekends and visits to gorgeous Lake Monroe.

The host was great. Sent all of the information I needed prior to my stay. I reached out to them a few times with questions, easy to reach and quick responses. The place was very nice and welcoming. It was very clean as well.

I just had a few things that stood out. 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom with another 1/3 of a roll under one sink. I had to buy toilet paper for our stay. The first night, I made dinner at 9:30pm and every dish & pan I got out of the cabinet had a puddle of water in them. Phone chargers, that would have been great to have provided as a charging station or even a box or USB to use a charger. Black out curtains would have been great as an option to use as well, since they’re sheer in the bedroom & dining room. The whole apartment aesthetic was great! Decor was calm & beautiful & all communication though the Host was great as well, providing me with QR codes & direction to the correct area of the apartment area when I fist arrived.

The property was perfect for us. There was a pool nearby and was enjoyable at the end of the day. The balcony was delightful with a glass of wine. The condo was extremely clean and the host was very thoughtful. She communicated well and was well appreciated. The golf course was a treat and fun to play. If in the area would certainly stay again

Perfect little get-a-way

Walking into this condo, we felt immediately on a mini vacation! Owner left a nice, local bottle of wine. It is very peaceful sitting on the balcony. We spent our evenings playing games and just relaxing! The owner was very quick to respond to any of our questions! We plan on returning!

Amazing!

This condo was perfect for us! It was so quaint and clean! We adored seeing ALL the deer on the property laying together on the grass. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

We were in town to visit our son who attends IU. This property was exactly as listed. It was so clean and the beds were amazing. We enjoyed watching college ball on the big tv and spending time together. We visit Bloomington a lot and if available we will for sure stay here again!!

Disappointed

While the place has been renovated, it was smaller than expected and cleanliness was iffy - it had ants in the dishwasher. There was no cable TV, only streaming apps and the TV in the bedroom
