Small efficiency apartment attached to the owners home in the basement area with outside entrance. Parking is available off the street. Family does live there above the space, smoking isn't allowed in the apartment. Grandkids frequent the home occasionally' so there will be some movement going on above the apartment.

I work for the management company that operates this property. I'm in the process of obtaining more properties in the near future. I intend on providing the best level care for our guest that visits our property. I'm a married man of 23 years with one wife who works along side me in all that i do. We also have regular jobs as well as overseers of this new adventure. My number one goal is to create a better quality of life for myself, and my family. I'm a father of 6 adult children, and 15 grandchildren. My goal is to better educate my family in the real-estate business.

This is the perfect location for visiting the Harrisburg area if you want to be outside of the inner city. It provides easy access to the highlighted venues in the surrounding areas of the city. This location is close to Hersey, Camphill, Lemoyne, Enola, and Carlisle, Pa. This property has an amazing sense of serenity when viewing the area. occasional wildlife frequent the property whom are not dangerous, and is a pleasure to observe.
