Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases. Fenicci’s restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the building. Experience the delightful taste of Hershey right here in this cozy one-bedroom flat. Nestled just a short walk from the Hershey Theatre, you'll be steps away from the heart of this delightful town. Great location for visiting Hershey Park! Heaters kept us warm at night. Wine, water bottles and chocolate bar were a nice bonus. Good offering for the price. We are both low maintenance people. Bathroom mirror is low for anyone who needs extra time in front of the mirror. Plenty of towels offered. Bed very comfortable, pillows very fluffy. Kitchen nicely stocked with cooking pots/pans, plates, silverware and glasses for anyone wanting to cook in the room. We chose to eat at Fenicci’s, delicious food, highly recommend! Multiple other restaurants within walking distance. Parking was only a couple minutes walk. Felt safe in the neighborhood, even in the dark.

Great property for visiting Hersheypark. The accommodation itself is clean and cozy, and even though it’s above a restaurant with a big kitchen it’s super quiet (idk how but it is!). The property manager is also responsive and accommodating to our inquiries and requests. The only caveat though is that the listing about walking distance to Hersheypark can be a bit misleading. The listing said 20 minute walk, but as 2 young adults who walk really fast, it took us at least 35 minutes. So might be a challenge if you have young kids and were hoping to walk to Hersheypark from the location. Also there was no onsite parking, we had to park our car in the churn parking lot nearby. Overall still a great experience and would recommend!

Location can't be beat. We had a comfortable stay here. This is in a very old building, the stairs are narrow and the floors are uneven in places. The rooms were clean and the restaurant had great food and they gave us a discount. We were within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to visit in Hershey. Would definitely stay here again.

It was Fantastic. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The restaurant below, Fenicci’s, was so good and definitely added to the whole experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the down town area and super close to Hershey park. The apartment was super clean and equipped with anything you need. A really cool touch was having a Hershey bar and a bottle of wine waiting for us at check in. We could order from the restaurant and got room service. Honestly probably my favorite Verbo experience.!!!Thumbs up for days!

The place itself was great! It had everything, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. There was even a chocolate bar and bottle of wine to enjoy which I very much appreciated. I wish I could have stayed longer because of how nice and cozy it was. In a nice area, a lot of eateries around so it wasn’t hard to find a place to eat. It’s also right above a restaurant but the noise was never a problem. Only thing I will say is I booked this place specifically because it said it was a 11 minute walk to the park and a 14 minute walk to the stadium. However, that was not the case at all. It was a 30 minute walk. I still ended up doing it since that’s the sole reason I chose this place and didn’t want to pay for parking. Just so others know when seeing those numbers. The parking is also great since there’s a free garage right across from the place and there’s no limit in how long you can leave your car there.

While small, it was very clean and a nice place to stay. Getting to it was a little difficult with narrow stairs so if you require an elevator, consult with the owner first.

We traveled from Baltimore to attend Hershey Park and the Chris Brown concert. The apartment is great for two people and very clean. It was great having the kitchen for healthier meals and was about a twenty minute walk to the park or 10 by an Uber. We enjoyed our stay and will be using the apartments in the future.

Great Host

We have stayed at this location before just a different room and it’s always lovely. We had a bit of a hard time getting into our room but the staff and owner worked very quickly to resolve the issue. Overall our stay was great and plan on booking again.

Short stay but good

Very clean apartment, easy communication with owner, just a little confusing on how to enter the VRBO but with the help of a very friendly waitress from Fenicci's we figured it out quickly. Parking at the fire house was easy to get to and parking was free. We did have dinner at the restaurant and the service and food was very good.

Perfect location for Hershey Park

Located right in the center of downtown with ample parking a block away, this is a great spot for anyone looking to head into Hershey Park for a day or night at the park, or for a concert. Trust me, you do not want to deal with those parking lots after a concert. Park in town and enjoy a stress-free night. From this location you're a 15-20 minute walk from the park, all well-lit, pedestrian safe sidewalks and walkways. Lots of restaurants (including the one you're staying over) nearby. Overall can't beat the convenience and price.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay there. Basic apartment but in a great location! If you want perfection, this is not your place as it is small and no frills. We enjoyed our stay and loved being near everything to do.
