About this space
Just 8 min. walk to Russell Creek Trl&Capstone Park-Russell Creek Retreat (RCR) Plano is an ideal place to bring your family to Dallas/Fort Worth area whether you're visiting before relocating, or stay away from messy renovation, or visiting UTD parents/alumni, or a base to visit your family&friends etc. RCR has a mix design w/modern concept & traditional elements offering King bed in the master, Queen beds in two bedrooms. Plano is the 5th safest city in the nation ranked by SmartAsset. A CENTRAL location to everything near Dallas w/private parking. Welcome!

The space

Comfortable furnishings and warm decor offers a cozy feel in this single story home (one small step from the garage to the inside). Updated modern master bathroom, new Fanimation/Minka ceiling fans added to all areas, central air/heating, private 2 car-garage+driveway parking at the back of the house are just a few conveniences for your stay.  The home is comfortable for 4-5 people; if there is a group of six people, please feel free to connect first.

12 FT High ceiling in the living room w/a 55" LED Smart Samsung TV (Netflix in living room TV; sorry *cable tv not available*) + Fanimation Blitz fan. Enjoy the recliners while watching your favorite show. 

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a 55" Vizio LED Smart TV, a leather recliner chair, and a writing desk. The adjoining master bathroom has a clean minimalist style with walk-in shower with great water pressure from dual matte black shower head/wand combo, frameless shower glass, modern bathtub, and double vanity along with Levolor shade providing privacy while allowing ample natural light.

Queen bedrooms have Beautyrest mattresses and lighted ceiling fan. Next to the rooms is an updated hallway bathroom incl. dual vanity sinks and new bathroom SS fixtures. Both secondary bedrooms have TVs with Amazon Fire TV (Tubi, Youtube, Pluto available+channels including Haystack Live News and other APPs - sorry *cable tv Not available*)

Upon entry is a large room that is being set up as Study-Guest bedroom. Costco height adjustable desk, Rakkestad wardrobe, Fyresdal daybed (that works as a free standing chaise or pullout to create a double bed).

Tower fan available to provide white noise for sleep if needed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances (Bosch stove top/quiet Bosch dishwasher/vent hood leads to outside), large single stainless sink, pots/pans/utensils/dishes, and K-cup coffee maker. New Minka ceiling fan also installed here; taggered subway tile backsplash offers a fresh clean look. Signature design by Ashley Kavara counter dining table set in mahogany finish in the dining area. Countertop 2-in-1 air fryer-oven, wave-action quiet smoothie blender, food grade blender, rice/slower cookers, electric kettle; Newly Added Sharp microwave with smart and easy sensor reheating 11 of the most popular microwave treats.

Sumsung front-loading washer/dryer are located right off the dining/kitchen area.

Newly stained fenced backyard has an area with pavers offering outdoor seatings & table; Charboil portable kettle charcoal BBQ grill upon request.

Excellent Place to stay

When I was looking for a place to stay for a wedding, I chose Russell Creek Retreat. When I had a question, Vrbo had me send a message and the owners of the properties would answer my questions within 1 to 2 days. This Vrbo property was extremely nice and you could tell the owners wanted me to have an excellent experience renting their property. Vrbo properties are the only way to go if you are looking to rent for a short period of time. I give Vrbo and the owners of this property 5-Stars.

Home away from home

There are not enough good things I can say about this home. The cleanliness is impeccable and made my family and I feel so comfortable. This was truly a home away from home as I get a little home sick staying in unfamiliar places for extended amount of time. It was so comfortable and the aesthetics of each room was just so pleasing. Lucky for my little sister that they even had snacks and options for her vegan/dairy free lifestyle. She said they must have known I was coming! The communication and instructions were flawless and so well articulated which made a stress free arrival and departure! The area is beautiful and convenient! I would definitely stay again on our next visit! 100 percent recommend!
