Walk down to your private water frontage on Silver Lake, including a boat dock for your use. Spend endless days soaking up the sunshine and swimming in the sparkling waters.

This home also offers a private swimming pool. Please note the pool is not heated and is only available during the summer months depending on weather.

In addition to the main living room, with gorgeous lake views and soaring ceilings, a second living room, complete with wet bar, can be found on the lower level. The upstairs master suite is a real treat, offering a whirlpool tub and a separate sitting area to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Located in a relaxing residential area just minutes from both downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Pop into town where you can walk the boardwalk while savoring an ice cream cone and dine at any number of fine or casual dining spots. Shop until you drop at the many boutiques and galleries, take in a show at the local theater, or simply sit back and watch the world pass you by.

Please Note: 
Silver Lake is an inland spring-fed lake that flows out into the Kalamazoo River and then into Lake Michigan. During certain times of the year, Silver Lake can get a bit green with algae. When this happens, the landscaper will come clear it by hand every few weeks. However, this is an act of Mother Nature and we cannot control it.
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Feminine products, baby wipes, etc. will get caught in the septic pump breaking it. This will result in not being able to flush the toilets and an expensive plumbing bill.
This home receives water from a well. Due to the high mineral content in our water, it smells and tastes a bit different than city water.
The swimming pool liner is fragile and could be punctured or ripped if not taken care of. Please do not bring any glass or sharp objects into the pool area.
Due to local fire department regulations, the BBQ grill is not allowed on the deck or within 10 feet of the house. Please be sure the grill stays in the driveway.
The swimming pool is only available during the summer months and is dependent on weather. We do our best to have the pool open for Memorial Day weekend, but weather sometimes makes it impossible. We try to leave the pool open until October. However, if the weather is not very good we can close it any time after Labor Day weekend. If you're looking to use the pool, please contact us to be sure it'll be open before booking.
There is no cable service provided. There are Smart TV's so you can stream all your favorite apps. Please remember to log out before your departure.
