This adorable suite is the ideal place to spend a few days away from reality.

The open living, kitchen, and dining areas are perfect for relaxing with a movie or enjoying a meal at home. Head out onto the front deck where you can take in partial views of the endless parade of boats on the river, people watch, and sip your morning coffee. The below patio has additional outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit shared with the neighboring rental properties. 

Get a good night's rest in the queen bedroom. The attached full bathroom has a shower/tub combo and workable space for your morning routine.

You will want to head to town to take part in all downtown has to offer. Only 1.5 blocks away are the closest shops and restaurants. The other end of town is only a 1/2 mile away so everything is very close and easily accessible. We have an assortment of fine and casual dining establishments, ice cream shops, boutiques, art galleries, and even a Broadway-quality theater. 

If you're looking for a day in the sand, Lake Michigan is accessible by Douglas Beach, Oval Beach, or Saugatuck Dunes State Park within a 5-10 minute drive, or take a ride on our local Interurban for only $1.

This is a great place to call home for your getaway to the beautiful Saugatuck/Douglas area!

Please Note:
This suite is one of three total units in the same building. Shared spaces and amenities between the neighboring units are the BBQ grill, the fire pit, and the furniture around the fire pit. The balcony is shared with the other upstairs unit, but each unit has its own set of patio furniture for guest use. Please be respectful of other guests staying in the neighboring units by adhering to the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
This is an upstairs apartment and a flight of stairs is required for access.
The only access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.
There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the living room during summer months and a box fan in the bedroom. If you keep the blinds closed and the bedroom door open, the whole apartment will be cool.
The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat, or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom.
This apartment is small. The refrigerator and range are apartment-sized. This is a wonderful location to enjoy all town has to offer.
