Welcome to the Carriage House!

This recently remodeled mid-century studio guest house is located a short, under 10-minute walk from downtown Saugatuck's shops, galleries, restaurants, marina and more.

INSIDE THE HOME
A great space for a romantic weekend or a quiet getaway, it features a king size bed, a sitting area, a designated workspace with an optional standing desk and a lovely kitchenette with an eating area for light cooking for a night when you prefer to stay in. Don't miss out on this charming space for your next vacation.

This is a studio space above the garage, which requires taking the stairs. The main house is occupied by owners and not for guest use.

THE LOCATION
The location could not get much better. Located off a quiet street in Saugatuck, while being a 5 minute walk from downtown. You are only 15 minutes from Holland and 20 minutes from South Haven.

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway for a couple or small family! It’s a quick 10 min walk to downtown. We were confused at 1st with the location, as we thought it was the main house. We quickly realized the property was located atop of the garage. The place was spotless and we loved the decor!

This charming little carriage house is as cute and comfortable as it looks in the pictures! Perfect size for just the two of us and great location with downtown within walking distance. It was clean and the king size bed very comfortable. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Fantastic location for a vacation! The Carriage House was perfect for the 2 adult guests during my stay. There was a futon that could sleep more. Less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck which was perfect, because parking looked to be chaos downtown.

Wonderful Stay in Saugatuck

The property was beautifully maintained, and the unit was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, and nicely located just a short walk to the downtown. Free parking on premises. Management company thought of everything: kitchen packet with soaps, bathroom soaps, extra towels and bedding. Would definitely recommend!

Great get away

My wife and I loved the place, it was extremely clean and cozy. The street and neighborhood were great too and made for nice areas to stroll around in the morning/evening. Also, in a prime location to explore downtown Saugatuck and Douglas especially if you like to ditch your vehicle and walk. Will definitely be interested in staying again.

This is a beautiful place on the edge of this quaint town of Saugatuck. Very comfortable very spacious and close to everything in Saugatuck. Yes, two Adirondack chairs for sitting outdoors and watching the squirrels chase each other in the front yard. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Highly Recommend!! Loved ...

What a wonderful place to stay. So relaxing and peaceful. The accommodations were first class and in a perfect area. Short walk into Saugatuck. The bed/pillows were so comfortable you wanted to just lay there...There is a large King bed and a trundle bed that pulls out of the wall!! If you going to Saugatuck/Douglas area you won't be sorry. Just keep in mind it is above the garage and there are stairs!

Great choice for a long weekend

Neat little studio above a garage. Quiet neighborhood but an 8 minute walk has you in town to take advantage of shopping, restaurants, and adult beverages. Very comfortable king bed. Nice sized mini fridge for leftovers and drinks. Water pressure in the shower is
strong. Nicely furnished. Wifi (35 Mbps) is fine. Note: there is no dishwasher in the unit, even though messages I received referred to one. Would certainly stay here again when next in Saugatuck.

An amazing relaxing week

My husband and I stay here for five days for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. Even though it was off season it was super relaxing and the place was comfortable and beautiful. The management company was super responsive. We would stay here again.
