Close to everything!

Our family really enjoyed this property. Close proximity to many different restaurants and a short quick walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to a future stay.

We have had a wonderful trip. The property was clean and easy to get to. Had everything we could need during our stay. Tge property manager has been amazing answering any and all questions. Great location easy walking distance to everything. We will definitely be staying here again.

I can’t take anything away from this rental. It was great and if I cold stay here again I would. I am not the one to leave reviews, but for this location, it was a must. Great place to relax and everything was near.

Great Location

Very well satisfied! Bottom floor had been renovated and very nice ! Top floor with bedrooms was still in excellent condition even though not renovated or updated ! Excellent location even though across the street from beach ! Can walk to several eating places and has a market that has anything u need a half block away ! Definitely would stay again !

The parking is horrible. Not enough room to turn your car in the covered spaces and not enough extra spaces to park.

Sorry but we do not personally control parking, it is HOA. We are assigned 1 parking spot along with one of the unmarked spots as well.

Beach and Baseball

Over all we had a great time, and even though we weren’t directly on the beach, the beach access was fairly easy. Not having a closet in the main bedroom was somewhat inconvenient. That’s prob the only thing I saw that could be improved. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

Summer Baseball Trip

We stayed at this same property last year. I was happy to see the downstairs, both the kitchen and den updated. We were happy with the property. I would recommend a new ceiling fan in the master bedroom as well as a new mattress. The current fan is very wobbly and the bed is rather uncomfortable. I love the pool at this property. The families were very friendly. Plus you don't come out smelling of chlorine. We would stay here again. Very convenient to everything.

Great location, misleading description

Downstairs bathroom did not work entire stay. We specifically rented this because it had 2 bathrooms. They said the water line is crossed with another apartment that is undergoing maintenance. They should have told us this. The deck boards are always terribly loose. The location is across the highway from the beach. Kitchen was nice.

I am not sure at all what was misleading about the description. All pictures are up to date. I did advise you of construction going on in the condo next door as I was concerned about the noise. I never had a thought the water would be turned off. The water line cross affects the downstairs toilet only and I was advised it was only off a short time Saturday morning. As for the deck boards I agree that they are loose. Unfortunately this is an association issue that has been brought to their attention. As a gesture of goodwill i would like to offer you a free night stay for any inconvenience you faced. I do hope you will visit again in the future.
