Notre unité de huitième étage de style plage confortable a été récemment mise à jour et comprend un sol en carreaux de planches, des comptoirs en granit et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils. La chambre comprend un lit king-size, un placard spacieux avec des portes en miroir et une télévision à écran plat LED de 40 pouces. Le salon offre une vue fantastique sur les fenêtres du golfe, une télévision à écran plat LED de 50 pouces avec barre de son et un canapé-lit queen. Une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables sont également disponibles pour votre commodité.

Ce condo Gulf Shores est situé à côté du restaurant en bord de mer Sea-n-Suds, et à distance de marche de The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, des boutiques de souvenirs, des divertissements et des restaurants supplémentaires. Great place just should have a little more of the basic stuff Dish soap laundry detergent. Trash bags , toilet paper and paper towels. For a one bedroom place a lot of stuff to buy just to keep clean . Other than that perfect place , great view and awesome beach access

Every thing was clean, the view was great and the kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the mattress and pillows, not very comfortable at all. Overall we had a great stay at the property.

I’ll start with the positives: The location is excellent and within walking distance to many things. The pool and beach were very well maintained and clean. The check in process was very easy. The unit’s kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots, pans, utensils, and the appliances were clean and well maintained. Things that could be improved upon: Whomever cleans the unit needs to be replaced. At first glance, the unit appeared clean, but upon closer look, the couch, chair and ottoman need a good cleaning. The kitchen counter bar was covered in something sticky with long blonde hair in it and the dining table top had not been cleaned. The pull out couch’s sheets looked as if they had not been washed, the bathroom towels smelled sour as if they had sat in the washer too long. The floors were dirty. PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER REVIEWS REGARDING THE BEDS. The mattress in the bedroom is VERY uncomfortable and the room is located next to the elevator and it is noisy. The pull out mattress is stained and very uncomfortable as well. This unit says sleeps 4 but it would be very crowded with 4 adults.

Hi Kristi – I'm so sorry to hear our property didn't meet your expectations and fell short of the high standards we set for guest satisfaction. The cleanliness issues you noted are completely unacceptable, and I wish you had let us know immediately so we could have corrected them for you and compensated you accordingly. My apologies again for these issues, and they have been brought to my property manager’s attention for immediate correction. This is the first I have heard about the living room furniture needing cleaning. We have all three pieces professionally cleaned annually during the off season, and I will check on accelerating that schedule this year. I appreciate you letting me know, and my apologies for any inconvenience. Mattress comfort is often a personal preference, and we strive to select the type that will appeal to most or all our guests. You mentioned other negative reviews - it is important to note we installed this mattress in November 2025, and since then one other guest stated it did not appeal to them, while others noted it as a positive. I have moderate back issues and have slept on this mattress myself without any issues. The sleeper sofa is a springless “everyday sleeper” design that is considered one of the best designs available. Again, I wish one mattress type worked for everyone, and we attempt to select what will be most appealing. I’m so sorry they didn’t work for you. We truly appreciate you taking time to share your experience. We try very hard to ensure guest satisfaction as well as explore any improvement opportunities, so your feedback is valuable. We hope you will consider giving us another try so we can try to make this right for you.

We vacationed in Gulf Shores for several years prior to purchasing our first beach front vacation rental condo at Boardwalk in 2012, and we instantly fell in love with this Alabama Gulf Coast paradise. We purchased a second unit at Boardwalk in 2018. We currently live in the Nashville, Tennessee area and plan to retire in Gulf Shores.
We think you’ll love the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area as much as we do. Our hope is for you to have a fantastic vacation experience while staying here, so much so you will want to come back and make more memories.
