The Las Calas Rojas development is super close to the most important thing on vacation – THE BEACH! You’re just a 1-minute walk to the surf and sand! The property is located on the entrance. You’re also a 2-minute walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Experience the beach vibes as soon as you enter this end-unit – from the bright porch with tropical breezes to the beachy decor. The large, open living, dining area and kitchen area has comfortable furnishings, loads of light and ample space for groups of 4. The soaring ceilings give this already large space an even more roomy feel. The kitchen has breakfast bar seating for 2 and offers stainless steel appliances – fridge, microwave, vented cooktop and an air fryer. There is a dining table for 4 people as well. In the living room are two comfortable reclining chairs as well as two additional seating spaces. Stream your favorite movie or show on the SMART TV or enjoy a games night at the breakfast bar.

The other side of the condo boasts 2 very spacious bedrooms – the primary with a king bed with Smart TV and the second with a queen bed and Smart TV. The primary bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a full bathroom just outside the door. The living room has a stacked washer/dryer hidden in the large utility closet space.

There is shared parking and a covered pool rancho for your convenience.
