Coco Cliffs Condominiums is a short 10-minute drive to Playa del Coco Beach and all amenities and restaurants. An easy 25-minute drive from the Daniel Uber Airport will have you relaxing in your Ocean View Condominium. Enjoy the diving, snorkeling, fishing, boating, and canopy tours.
This condo is located on the first floor of the Condominium Development, with easy access to the first pool and pool deck. You can enjoy the two Ocean View Infinity pools and decks anytime, these two saltwater pools are located on the main deck and the lower deck. Fully gated and secured with a full-time 24/7 guard and groundskeeper on site.

This Condo is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1636 sq ft open concept floor plan. With amazing ocean views throughout the home from the comfort of your kitchen, living room, and Master bedroom. The condo also has a large, oversized balcony for outdoor living with a large table for dining and enjoying the sunsets. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances including a stackable washing machine and dryer. A beautiful outdoor shower compliments the ensuite Master Bathroom, with both indoor and outdoor private showers.

Host was very helpful. The house was clean and orderly. Unfortunately, the house smelled like a skunk for the first two days, eventually got better but never fully went away. The guest shower was odd as it was handheld with no over- head shower. The view from porch was great and small pool right outside was also nice. Furniture around pool needs upgrading.

Amazing view

The place is amazing, the view, home very spacious but there are some things damaged at the property such us the main bath which is key and there is no BBQ as indicated. Also the parking is not enough, the car stays outside the properly but there is a guard at least. Other than that is good

3 nights in Coco

Great view and plenty of space for four adults that stayed. Pool area was great. There was a delay checking in but once we called Kattia she was helpful. She and the host seemed surprised by our booking which was done 6 weeks before the stay. Luckily it all worked out great.

Wonderful Stay

This property was clean and well maintained. The location was great for all the great view over looking Coco and the ocean. We will be booking this place again.

Beautiful hill top condo

Great location over looking Coco, roomy well equiped condo with a great outside shower, check in was a bit cumbersome but propert manager was great to deal with, super gorgeous pools

Amazing place

It's a great place to stay. The house Is huge and beautiful (better than the pictures can show. The owner, Henrique, was sending messages even before the stay to check that everything was ok and to have the place ready for the exact amount of people that were coming. We also had great communication with the administrator, Katia, they both were super flexible and helpful even with extra things we asked ir needed help for . The house Is fully equipped with bathroom and pool towels, kitchen appliances,gas BBQ and it's equipment, laundry/dryier, dishwasher, (even detergent for dishes and laundry). There are extra towels and extra bedding sets. It has great océano views and an amazing swimming pool. El coco is a strategic place to stay since you can visit different beaches, book amazing Tours, eat at delicious restaurants, and even find a variety of supermarkets, drugstores, and basically anything you need. I'd recommend to visit playa Penca (close to hermosa), and Jícaro and Nacazcolito by boat.

Breathtaking view

We absolutely loved staying at Coco Cliffs. The view is unbeatable! We had a couple of small issues but management was quick to respond and handle. Will definitely be back!
