PROS:Olga was very available and communicative when we had questions; she was, perhaps, the best we have ever worked with in our many VRBO travel accommodations. The apartment was spectacular. The indoor parking and was quite helpful during our rather wet trip to Seattle. Also, this was a cute neighborhood. Easy walking to grocery store and a few restaurants. CONS:It was not really an issue for us, but there was some street noise and light coming from the street at night. But, with ear plugs and the curtains drawn, it was fine. This is a city apartment and that is what we expected. No issues for us - she even provides ear plugs! OVERALL:Great value!! We highly recommend this property!!!

An amazing clean rental! Parking spot is definitely made for compact cars. We had a RAV4, and it was a bit dicey backing in.

Condo in Ballard

Nicely appointed condo. Very comfortable bed. White noise machine in bedroom much appreciated and eliminated street noise. Thanks to our hosts for being so communicative!

Excellent Stay

The space was incredibly clean and comfortable, close to lots of great food and activities, and great hosts. It faces a busy road but amenities are provided if that is an issue (wasn’t for us but could be for more sensitive guests). Overall wonderful stay and would book again.

Weekend Getaway

Olga and Olessia's place was comfortable and well thought out. We only had two minor suggestions - a stool in the shower for sitting or placing items on and a newer sound machine. We recommend this stay.

The townhome is in great condition. It’s very pretty and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need for cooking great meals. It is a very spacious home. All of the furniture including the couch and bed are very comfortable.The only con is the constant street noise as it is located on a very busy street. Nice that the hosts offer earplugs to help drown out the noise while trying to sleep at night.

Seattle 5 star stay

The house is beautiful and location is perfect (15 minutes from the space needle). My wife has Crohn’s and there were several gluten free food option within 5 minutes of the location. Olga was great with check-in instructions and communication. Very happy we were informed about the tight parking space the day prior to arrival. Made sure to choose a smaller vehicle as a rental and parking was not issue.

We’ve been at many VRBO properties. This one is absolutely exceptional - at the city’s prime location, with theater-style TV and high taste furnishings. It has practically professional kitchen with vast of nicest ceramic tableware and all possible high quality kitchenware. The owners are the most caring and responsive people ever, you need something - they would help immediately.Great and right place to stay!

The property was as described. Check-in process was so easy! Enjoyed the convenience of the location and the places was great overall. There was a little issue with the shower door that the owner notified of before the stay and it didn’t cause an issue. Will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area!

Cute and Clean

We loved everything about Olga's place! It was super clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to pull out the sofa bed, which was very comfortable. While we weren't in the heart of things, we were within easy walking distance to everything the Ballard had to offer.I would have appreciated having more info on how to operate the mini-splits and a deeper appreciation that the unit faces a very busy street with lots of traffic as we were hoping for a quieter environment.Thanks for a lovely stay!

Good location.secure building. Parking in secure garage. Clean, nice apartment. There are steps and you are on 15th so can be noise for sleep but they supplied earplugs. Good communication with host. We were warned about tight parking so get a mid size or compact car and no problems. Also make sure you take the key and security fob with you when you leave apartment- don’t be a ditz like me!
