Magnifique bungalow Craftsman 1917 magnifiquement amĂ©nagĂ© dans le premier quartier piĂ©ton de Seattle - thĂ©Ăątres, restaurants, boutiques et plus de magasins, parcs et sentiers pour la marche et le vĂ©lo; Ă  proximitĂ© des lignes de bus du centre-ville de Seattle, du Seattle Art Museum and Seattle Center et des trains Sound Transit; prĂšs des champs de tulipes et des ferries vers les Ăźles San Juan et les zones historiques au nord de Seattle; Mt. Rainier et Mount St. Helens est une excursion d'une journĂ©e; quartier calme et rĂ©sidentiel avec beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue. Nice clean place; fully equipped kitchen/dining area and bathroom and cutely decorated! Host/owner was really easy to reach out to and responded quickly as well. Terrific place to be as everything is close by (restaurants, drug stores, grocery store, etc.).

Garnett is a gracious host with a lovely home. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything to cook a meal, and peaceful neighborhood. Her front yard is a beautiful relaxing oasis and her home is convenient to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.Will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying in the small quaint apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The sanctuary outside was really enjoyable with the fountain and the lights at night.

Honeymoon Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed everything the house and neighborhood had to offer. Great restaurants, bars, and walking in the area. We cooked many meals in as well, enjoying the kitchen.

I bought my house in 1987. Once I toured this neighborhood, I knew it was for me. The mother-in-law apartment was part of the house when I moved in - and has provided opportunity for 'sharing the wealth' all these years.

You'll be able to look out the back kitchen window at the lovely garden, close the curtains for a quiet and peaceful sleep in the bedroom, enjoy the bright sun and park-view from the living area. If the day is warm, open the divided-light porch windows and let the breeze blow in the scents of the flowers and trees that surround this charming property.
