Evermore LBK: Open & Bright Home + Amazing Firepit!

Evermore LBK is a private house with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Your home away from home offers relaxing and comfortable accommodations like no other place in Lubbock. Feel the West Texas vibe with locally-inspired decor, a larger-than-life mural designed by a local artist, and a cozy fire pit patio experience that feels like an extension of the living area.

Whether you are in town to visit the university, attend a Texas Tech homecoming game, socialize with your friends, or just want a relaxing place to unwind while on a work trip, this is your place!

If you want more space than what a hotel can provide and desire all of the convenient amenities you expect in a home, then Evermore LBK is your home away from home.

This house is like no other, with it's open floorpan, vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows throughout. It has new, comfortable furnishings, fun decor, and is well stocked with everything you may need, during your stay in Lubbock.
The Lubbock mural you will see in the entry hallway is unique to the house and was designed by a local Lubbock artist. He did a great job capturing many of our favorite things about Lubbock. Another unique feature is the gas fire pit. This relaxing patio area is great for enjoying the beautiful Lubbock evenings and gather with your friends or family.

Evermore LBK has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room, a game area, and several outdoor spaces.

The kitchen has vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a fun retro vibe. It is fully stocked with all of the dishes, cookware and utensils that you would need for making meals, as well as a microwave, dishwasher, and good sized pantry. The retro refrigerator has a bottom freezer with an ice maker.
We provide a dual coffee maker that can use K-Cups or grounds, and an assortment of K-Cups, some creamer cups, and some coffee beans and a coffee grinder. Coffee mugs are located in the cabinet to the right of the pantry, and to go cups are located in the drawer under coffee maker along with other coffee supplies.

Next to the kitchen is a large dining table that comfortably seats 6. There is additional seating at the bar that surrounds the kitchen. The padded leather barstools are so comfy and make the perfect place to dedicate as a workstation if needed. There is a USB port located in the electric outlet there.

There is an additional bar area, with seating, just past the dining table where we provide all of the barware needed to make your favorite cocktail and relax (you bring the ingredients). This bar also works great as a serving area for buffet style eating or for laying out snacks for a game night or movie night.

In the living room, you will find comfortable seating on an oversized double chair with ottoman, and a couch with a chaise lounge on one side. There is a 70inch Smart TV, where you can log into your favorite streaming apps. YouTubeTV is provided for watching local channels without having to log in. There is also a sound-bar, making your movie or sporting events come to life.

Just behind the living room is a game area that has a foosball table and a cabinet with lot of board games and card games. The game area has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the fire pit area. There is also books and reading material throughout the house.

At the front of the house you will find the first bedroom. It is a large bedroom with a king sized bed, and a sitting area. The nightstands on either side of the bed have a lamp with USB charging ports. This room has a remote controlled mini split to control the temperature as well as a ceiling fan. This room has a large wardrobe with a hanging rod/hangers if you would like to unpack for your stay. There is a 55 inch TV, ready to stream your favorite apps. This room has a private full bath with standing shower. We provide a hair dryer, plenty of towels and toiletries for your stay. (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, bar soap) .

Bedrooms two and three are located towards the back of the house and the temperature can be controlled from the main thermostat in the hallway.

Bedroom two has a queen sized bed with a touch lamp located on the nightstands on either side of the bed, each with a USB charging port. It has vaulted ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows. This room has as a private patio area that attaches to the backyard. There is a 55 inch TV, ready to stream your favorite apps or watch local programming through YouTube TV. We have provided a large wardrobe with a hanging rod/hangers so can get unpacked and feel at home. This room has a private full bath with dual vanities, a skylight, a standing shower, and a garden tub. We provide a hair dryer, plenty of towels and toiletries for your stay. (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, bar soap) .

The third bedroom is a cozy room with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a door with access to the backyard. It has a full sized bed. The nightstands on either side have a touch lamp with USB charging ports. It has a 55 inch TV, ready to stream your favorite apps or watch local priming through YouTube TV. There is an open wardrobe area if you would like to unpack for your stay.

Right next to this bedroom, is the third full bathroom, which has vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a large standing shower. We provide a hair dryer, plenty of towels and toiletries for your stay. (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, bar soap) .

Evermore LBK has a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. we provide laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets. Also, in the laundry room, you will find an iron/ironing board as well as a clothes steamer.

There are three outdoor areas for guest to enjoy during their stay.
In the front of the house is a private patio, with a gas fire pit, super comfy Adirondack chairs and side tables. The fire pit patio is a great place to spend evenings.

There is a spacious, private backyard with outdoor dining for six. You will find a Weber Summit Gas Grill with rotisserie, sear station & side burner. You can BBQ a meal for a large group, or just a few burgers with ease. All BBQ utensils can be found in the kitchen drawer.

The queen bedroom has a private patio space that connects to the backyard.

Guests have full access to everything in the house and patio areas, with the exception of one locked supply closet located in the king bedroom.

The first bedroom has a mini split for temperature control that can be adjusted using the remote control located on the night stand.
The rest of the house has central heat and air that can be changed with the thermostat located in the center hallway.

This property is self check-in, using a unique access code that will be provided prior to your stay along with wifi login. All information needed for the house is provided in the welcome book, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Evermore LBK is located in an established and safe neighborhood. It has several private outdoor spaces for you to enjoy and is also near Higinbotham park, where you can utilize a walking/running trail, a playground and a peaceful pond setting.

The house is located near 19th, between Quaker and Slide. It is 3.3 miles from Jones Stadium, 1.6 miles from Lubbock Christian University. It is only a few minute drive to the most popular shopping and dining locations.

No pets allowed: Evermore LBK is not a pet friendly house. Please make other arrangements for your furry family members prior to your stay.

There is No Smoking allowed inside the house. Ashtrays have been provided in the outdoor areas for guest use.
