Welcome to our charming home in Brightwood, Oregon! Nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest on the doorstep of Mount Hood, our property is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. This cozy cottage boasts 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are perfect for entertaining and spending time with loved ones.

This cottage has everything you need for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay on Mount Hood! With full-size, modern appliances and a fully-stocked Coffee Bar, an oak dining table that expands to fit eight and a 55-inch TV, this is the perfect place for a private getaway.

Two of the bedrooms boast queen-sized beds and the third room has a full-size bed and a lofted twin. The couch in the living room can also be laid flat to offer additional sleeping space.

On the second floor, you'll find a sunny reading nook where you can take in the surrounding Brightwood forest views before heading out to explore the many local hiking, biking, and skiing trails Mount Hood has to offer. Or, if your stay is greeted with a warm morning, use our coffee bar to make a pour-over or french-press with your choice of several local roasts and relax on the cottage's covered porch while letting the peaceful sounds of the quiet Brightwood neighborhood relax you.

We had a great 1 night stay. The property worked very well for 5 adults and 2 dogs. The house was fantastic! My only complaints are out of the hosts control; neighbors outdoor lighting shining through the windows blinds and lots of road noise from passing traffic and neighbors on our Friday night stay.

Had a wonderful girl’s vacation at this beautiful home and met our needs very well. It’s location close to Hood, trails, and other fun activities was perfect and secluded enough to not get a bunch of traffic. The cottage had so much for its size (especially the coffee options) including super comfy beds and towels. This stay was such a great part of our vacation.

This is an adorable rental. The three bedrooms are as described and comfortable. The reading nook upstairs is adorable; my teenager LOVED the upstairs space. The decor is on-point , especially for the location. There was easy access to Mt. Hood, the Columbia River Gorge, and the airport. We appreciated the coffee bar (although we used it for tea), and the dining room/living room was spacious enough for our group. We would definitely book again!

Check in was super easy. The Yale lock was intuitive and your use of the last four digits of the guests cell is brilliant. Your decoration of house interior is perfect. My high school buddy and I were extremely comfortable. We very much enjoyed the stay.

Christmas at Mt. Hood

We did a ski vacation and loved Brightwood! The home is wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. The location is perfect for snow activities and hiking in the woods.

Awesome property

This rental is really nice. The three bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and the decor is really stylish. The kitchen had a great assortment of cooking supplies to feed five adults . The dishwasher and washer/dryer worked great. The one bathroom worked well for all of us and plenty of linens and towels. The coffee center is really awesome with a French press, drip, hot water heater, and drip machine for getting beverages. The yard is perfect if you Bri g dogs or kids to run around with an outside eating area and fire pit.

5 stars for this property. Super nice inside. The owner made us check in a little early without any problems. A plus is that the property is pet friendly and they also provide stuff for your pup if you happened to forget anything. The property was also really clean inside which made it feel comfortable when checking in. If my family and i were to be back around the area, we'll be definitely coming back.

Lovely Spot

This home was a lovely place to stay a weekend. Close to a convenience store and small weekend food cart (hamburgers and hot dogs). Close to nice hiking. The place was well appointed, very clean, and had 3 bedrooms, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely towels, linens, and soaps. Washer and dryer in the unit was helpful after a day of hiking. The only thing that was less than perfect was a neighbor's rooster who made a lot of noise from 4:00-7:00 am. Was less bothersome with the windows closed, but still woke up the members of our party who were on that side of the house. So, remember to bring some earphones. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely.
