PRICING VARIES= Please check the rates for the dates you want prior to sending an inquiry.

NO PETS, NO Smoking, No Prom, NO Senior Week. NO EXCEPTION. Must be over 30 to rent. This is a family home please care for it as such. We reserve the right to Terminate the rental agreement of any renter who violates this rule or conducts any unlawful activity.

NO REFUND will be provided. However, if we find a replacement, a refund can be issued with 15% less for admin fee.
