Bring the whole family to Bill’s on the Bayou! Perfect for fishing or kayaking from our dock or a guys’ or girls' trip with lots to do in the area.

Family owned and managed outstanding 5 Star home with a personal touch!

Beautiful 2,424 sq ft, 4 BR/3BA canal home in a quiet neighborhood on Offats Bayou. Comfortably sleeps up to 10. Spend the day fishing or enjoy all that Galveston has to offer. Near the Causeway with easiest access to and from the mainland and located on Offats Bayou with quick boat access to West Bay. Great yard for family games or relax on one of three decks overlooking the canal. After a busy day soak in the large garden tub with all of the amenities.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages on one of the decks snuggled up in one of our comfy Bill's on the Bayou robes!

We offer all the amenities of home. Furnished kitchen for all your dining needs including cooking basics. There is a gas grill available on the lower deck for your use. Washer and dryer are available for your use and are located in the coffee bar area. There is even a wine fridge for your favorite wines or bubbly! WiFi and Smart TV are located in the large, comfy living area and there is a small office area located in one of the bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with separate access and its own private bath.

The main floor of the home is accessed by stairways on the front and back of the home. The bottom floor bedroom is accessed through a locking door and has French doors with a view of the canal. There is no access to the main floor from the downstairs bedroom except by the outside stairs. The whole house is yours to use!

Take caution when accessing the third floor deck over the boathouse. Children should be supervised and are encouraged to wear life jackets when on the decks or near the canal. The boat and boat lift are not available for use.

Absolutely NO DIVING into the canal! There is a ladder on the dock that can be used to enter and exit the canal if you choose to swim, float or kayak. You may tie your boat up to our dock.

The garage is not available for guest use but there is room to park three vehicles in the driveway.

Best Galveston getaway

We had an amazing time with friends over Memorial weekend and Bill and Raye's place! Their home was clean, modern, and had all the amenities anyone would need. We definitely plan to book again if we are in Galveston in the future!!

Island getaway

Great property in a nice quiet neighborhood, out of the mainstream but still close to several island attractions. The house was very clean and well stocked. After a day at the beach we enjoyed wonderful relaxing evenings with the family out back as the grand kids fished the canal off the deck. Definitely worth a return stay. Great property with lots to offer.

We just can’t believe what a great trip this was. We’ve never been to Galveston and we just ended up getting in the best home. It was so worth the price. Gem on the coast

Our family of 9 stayed for 4 nights. We had plenty of room and the house was well stocked with everything needed. House is beautifully decorated and has many personal amenities like games, treats, coffee bar, on sight laundry, etc. Caught many species of fish right off the dock. Really enjoyed down time where we able to just relax and enjoy the views and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Amazing Canal House

This house was beautiful inside and out! We found so many extras which we have not seen in any other rental, the attention to detail was outstanding. We had a family weekend to celebrate a birthday and found this house to be perfect. The owners thought of everything, we felt right at home and are definitely renting this one again. The house location was great and it had plenty of space to dock our boat. Thanks again for everything!

Fishing Trip

Perfect Weekend

We had the absolute best time at Bob’s on the Bayou! This house was the absolute best stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Raye’s communication was stellar and she left absolutely no detail out. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. My son (9) and husband enjoying fishing from the dock while my girls (2 & 4) loved the toys that were provided and soaking in the tub. My parents and in-laws also traveled with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. We hope to return sometime soon!

The Fellas annual Fishing Trip

The greatness of the trip started before check in , Ms Raye allow me to arrive early to avoid traveling home 50 mile away , I work 30 minutes from the Rental , The house was perfect , the location ,the view , the neighbors was great . I've stayed in a few rentals in the past 8 years ,this home was far beyond the best . All of my guest couldn't say enough great things about the home , My crew fished for 4 day ended our trip with not one fish in the cooler to take home , The only thing the crew could say we're coming back to this house next June for sure , The home has a very relaxed feeling about it . you'll have to stay to feel the true affects . My husband, Bill, and I love our beautiful home in Galveston. Bill enjoys boating and fishing and I, well, I love to relax, read and enjoy the atmosphere. Sightseeing and shopping are my specialties and Galveston offers the best of both! I am also learning to kayak and launch off of our deck.

While we don't live at Bill's on the Bayou full time we are in close proximity and have support on the island.

Bill's on the Bayou is located in a quiet family neighborhood on a cul de sac street. We have a beautiful bayou view from all three decks with easy access to the bayou and West Bay from our canal.

Our home has a perfect layout for families and friends. It is beautifully decorated and we try to provide everything you might need during your stay. Bill's is in a perfect location for easy access to everything on the island yet will provide the peace and comfort that you are looking for.

We want you to relax and enjoy our home during your stay. We provide everything that you might need while here. Come in after a long day on the Strand or the beach and enjoy a cold beverage and a snack.
