Terrific property and the location is beautiful. East facing into the valley with the top of the West Spanish Peak visable over the ridge. Killer sunsets. We'll be doing this one again.

The place was a big surprise! Nothing ever said it was a Condo, and description said a futon bed was up in the loft! Nothing said the two bedrooms were upstairs and was a problem for one of us!You need to give a better description of where the bedrooms are located! Otherwise it’s a nice place

Wonderful Stay

We go to Cuchara every year for the 4th of July and have stayed in a few different places in the area. We LOVED staying here! It was a perfect size and layout for our family, impeccably clean, useful and thoughtful amenities throughout the unit, and responsive and helpful host. Thanks for a great time - we'd love to come back!

Best in Cuchara

By far the best place in Cuchara we have ever stayed with for a trip. Extremely clean, no pets or pet hair, extra amenities(coffee, tea, qtips, etc) The location is beautiful, the condo is perfect, Did we mention it is Pet Free, which is great for people with animal allergies. This property rates a 10 every way you look at it. We will gladly stay here for years to come.

Very quiet, clean, welcoming stay. The property is easy to access, close to all that the area has to offer, and was kept up very well. The stay was extremely comfortable and the checkout process was simple and straightforward; not one of those where you have to clean so much that you wonder why you paid any extra fees. Manager was easy to communicate with. We would absolutely return.

Nice Place

We loved the townhome! It was clean with an awesome feel. Beds are comfortable and the amenities grate. Refrigerator ran very cold and froze some of our food but other than that is was perfect.

This condo was beautiful and so clean located in charming Cuchara! Communication with the host was excellent. The spectacular mountains are seen from every room and has a nice patio to enjoy 😉 We will definitely be back to this gem !

Very welcomed and furnished

Beautiful scenery from the room (all rooms) of the mountains. Very quiet remote area. Close to eats and entertainment.. the room itself very well furnished with cooking utensils,games for the family, bath essentials for bathrooms and access to laundry. Highly recommend this place will come again

Amazing trip with amazing views.

The condo was clean and very welcoming. It was nice to sit outside and have dinner and see the mountains views. Plenty of room for everyone and not to far from the lakes and the great little town of Cuchara. I would stay many times over. It felt like our own home we even cleaned up as much as possible so the next group would have a wonderful experience.

Clean, comfortable condo

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Cuchara. The condo was clean and well furnished. We especially liked playing dominoes on the patio at night. The cooler temperatures were a breath of fresh air, and that region of Colorado is beautiful.

Truly Peaceful Stay in the Mountains

My 17 year old summed it up best when he said, "The only bad thing is that we can't stay longer..." :-). The condo worked out beautifully for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens); everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of sleeping room (and restrooms) for everyone! The location was perfect for us - close enough to Great Sand Dunes NP to make the drive manageable with plenty to do and see in close proximity to the condo. We went to the Cuchara Mountain Mercantile (which is about a mile away and a nice little walk if you're up for it). The Mercantile is at the base of Cuchara Mountain Park, which was absolutely beautiful. We also took advantage of the mini golf at The Bear's Den and had some fabulous burgers at the Dog Bar & Grill, both of which were only a 5 min drive away! The condo itself was well appointed and we appreciated the "Welcome" book tremendously! Melissa, Shannon, and Jade have created an incredibly welcoming and organized space in their mountain home and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you all for helping us wrap up our week in CO with time in such a beautiful and peaceful place!

Clean, good location

Property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. The location is great and near hiking/fishing. The host was easily contacted by phone for questions. Our only two suggestions: (1) provide a few more basic kitchen utensils (e.g., whisk, spatulas); and (2) clearly articulate the total costs based on the number of guests on the booking site (i.e., maximum number of guests per nightly cost then additional cost per additional guests).

Cozy Spot in Amazing Area!

Everything you need to unpack a relaxing weekend. Place was more than big enough to have hosted two of our kids with us, but this was an adults-only mountain-hiking getaway. Will def stay again next year!
