Keri was very responsive, guest house was easy to locate and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Appreciated the fridge, hot plate, and kitchen furnishings for simple cooked meals. Bed was very comfortable and the mini-split kept the bedroom a nice sleeping temperature while it was cold outside. Thanks for a comfortable stay
..Will definitely stay again.

Kerri is a wonderful host and promptly communicates with her guests. The property is clean and very cute with personal touches. This is the second time staying at this property.

We stayed in the MIL suite for two nights. Using it for a jumping off point for visits to the Cuchara Ski area and the Great Sand Dunes. The place was comfortable a spotless! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Little Abode

Stayed one night passing through. Was perfect for us. Comfortable bed. Aspen tree outside bedroom window :-)Walked the lake nearby in evening - beautiful sunset. Main street of town close by. Easy to find.Quiet - deer grazing in morning in yard as I had my coffee. Keri saw me struggling to unlock and came to assist :-)Would stay here again.

This suite was the perfect stay for us travelling to LaVeta to hike and explore the Spanish Peaks wilderness. The suite was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nicely furnished. The little amenities of stocked coffee and breakfast food was greatly appreciated to start our day. The suite is located about 4 blocks to great restaurant and stores on the main street. The "welcome book" was helpful and gave us ideas and information of the town and area. Loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the town deer. Highly recommend and would stay again.
