Adjacent to the hallway bathroom is a washer and dryer for added convenience.

One of the best features of this home is the private outdoor patio area. It has enough seating for a group and guests have access to the grill. This is an excellent spot to sit out in the cool of the evening or watch the sunrise over a cup of coffee.
