Our condo unit offers 3 pools, tennis courts, gym & activities for the kids. Just a short walk to the beach, there's Coco’s bar for dine-in or take-out w. Our kitchen has all the amentias to make a gourmet meal. We supply all the towels and linens. We even supply the beach towels, toys & chairs for the beach with a wagon to take it there. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV for the rainy days. Come as you are to make memories with your family. Great for Golf outings with friends or fun weekend escapes.

Just book it

Such a precious condo. I enjoyed the amenities the complex has. Kids hungry? Order from the restaurant on site. Need a cocktail? Visit the tiki bar. Such an easy and relaxing vacation. The condo comes with all the beach equipment also so that is a nice touch.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed this condo and the resort. Great location and amenities! The condo was just as described and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Family summer vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the resort by utilizing the outdoor pool and the boardwalk access to the beach. Convenient location to all the things we planned to do on HHI. Condo was clean and our host had great instructions on how to access the resort amenities.

Spring Break 2025 Hilton Head

Very nice property. Great location. Condo was perfect for me and my spouse, but would have been comfortable for 4 too with the extra bedroom/bath. It had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and nice. Amenities are great. Walk to the beach is a little long, but typical for that area and enjoyable (especially at night) as the walkway and view is very nice through the marsh. A bench is also along the way if you need to sit down. We would definitely recommend and stay there again if available.

The rental process and communication was excellent. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped for our needs while we were there. There were plenty of amenities around to suffice our entertainment. The end of the boardwalk on the beach was well maintained and the bar at the end was the perfect touch. Beach is always beautiful on Hilton Head. A must stay again.

It was fine

We stayed at this property because we had family also staying at the resort. The unit was fine, although it was not as clean as expected. The master bedroom was packed with furniture and a locked storage shelf that made it difficult to navigate the room easily. Overall, the resort is quite dated. The highlight was the access to the beach, which was one of our favorite parts of our trip.

Easter Weekend Getaway

Cozy condo well equipped for a weekend getaway. Christine was a great host, answering questions and providing information whenever we needed it. The resort is a short walk to the beach and convenient to plenty of shops and restaurants. Beach/pool toys and towels along with tennis and pickleball equipment are also provided by the hosts. Our only “non-positive” is the lack of water pressure and hot water. But that is probably more of a resort thing than this specific unit. It would not deter me from staying here again or giving less than a 5 star rating. Thanks Christine for a great stay!

Just what we needed!!

Everything was Fantastic!! Our host was always quick to answer any questions. Especially when the lock information was left in the condo and no one in our family remembered to take a picture of the code. Christine answered our frantic call for help immediately. We love her! The decor makes you feel you have just stepped into your own private beach cottage instead of a large condo building. The view from this second floor condo was technically overlooking the pond and parking lot. However, the pond was so peaceful with the gentle patter of water from the fountain; and the large leafy tree directly in front of our patio shaded us from the hot afternoon sun as well as completely blocking out all but a small portion of the parking lot. We really did not miss the marsh view at all. Having Coco's at the end of the boardwalk has been a favorite of ours for years. Shout out to Justin, love ya kiddo! Let's also not forget the golfcart service the HHR provides to make the trip to the beach much easier when carting our beach equipment. Christine also provides so many items for beach time that we did not have to pack in our small car. She thought of everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook simple burgers to a low country boil. And so many staples were provided. This was a fun kitchen! Our family has vacationed at HHR for the past four years and Christine's condo is absolutely one of our favorites. Do not hesitate to book this condo! Thanks Chris!
