Beautiful garden with outdoor furniture surrounding a statement fireplace piece. This loft is steps from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the bustling Flagler Ave.

The space
The Palm Tree Loft includes 470 square feet of living space, located on the second floor of the guesthouse. Step outside to enjoy the fresh sea breeze on your own private balcony.

Inside the unit, you'll find an entrance way/dining area, leading to the kitchen/living room. From the kitchen, a short hallway leads you to the bathroom. From the living room, step into your bedroom.

We are located in New Smyrna Beach's "Boardwalk" neighborhood on Beachside. From the property, a beautiful white sand beach (public access beach) is located at the end of our street (only a 5-minute walk). Additionally, Flagler Avenue (shops/restaurants/bars) is less than a half mile walk through our quiet neighborhood (with sidewalks the entire way). We are also a quick 5-minute drive away from Canal Street (additional shops/restaurants).

Guest access
There is free parking on the property (1 car only, please). The beach is located at the end of our street (5-minute walk). Additionally, Flagler Avenue (shops/restaurants) is less than a half mile walk through our quiet neighborhood (with sidewalks the entire way). Canal Street (additional shops/restaurants) is only a 5-minute drive away.

Other things to note
The Palm Tree Loft is on the second floor of a two-story guesthouse. The guesthouse has a shared exterior entrance, which leads to a shared space (where guests have free access to a washer/dryer). From there, an interior staircase leads you up to the private interior entrance to your unit.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.
