We did not have a beach view. We knew that when we made our reservation. This is our 2nd visit to Sea Woods. We will be coming back.

This was a great base for us as we were in the area for Welcome to Rockville. It was about a 25 minute drive to the speedway and it was great to come back and have the beach just across the way to relax before heading back to the festival each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The community it is in is beautiful and has great amenities. The second bedroom is small, only has a small closet area and has no fan- not a complaint just a heads up. Only had to “bother” our host once and got a very quick response. We have already said we would love to stay here again for Rockville 2027 if we can! I absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect Girls Trip!

We absolutely loved this condo! We were able to walk to the beach and pool, and the place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is so well - appointed! We will be back for sure!

Great weekend getaway

We had a mini family reunion. This was a charming location across from the beach. Host was very accommodating. It is definitely worth staying here. Clean, Quiet and close to everything . Would stay again when heading for a beach weekend!

Clean, great communication, and convenient

Good location with beach access just across the street. The owner was very communicative and responsive to questions. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. I would stay there again!

Birthday stay

What a great place ! Very clean , everything we needed was right there. We walked to the beach each morning for sunrise , pool was clean, had our lunch at the pool area . The Saturday farmers market was terrific! We will definitely be back !!!

Perfect spot

This was very close to downtown NSB with all the local shops and bars. It was about a 30 min drive to Daytona beach which was perfect for the NASCAR race. Port orange is on the way to Daytona beach and had a lot of things to do around there. The place itself was great for 4 people. Super clean, and great location. I would recommend this spot!

Clean and comfortable unit

Condo was super clean. Everything we needed was available from wagon to laundry detergent. Quick responses from Owner. Pool few steps away and short walk to beach across the street. Would definitely stay again.

To start off, the communication with the host was excellent. Very receptive and helped with a toilet issue we had right away by getting a plumber out fairly quick. Very clean house. Location was very good. Especially having a DG Market so close as well as a quick walk to the beach. There was only one bathroom which sucks but we knew going in. The bathroom sink was clogged with blonde hair ( none of us are blonde). And the toilet was backed up slightly when we checked in but I had hoped it would clear with time. I can't really blame anyone but the previous guests on these things though. I just hate working when I'm on vacation but oh well... Had to clear the sink myself, which was a lot of hair. Other than that, good place to stay if you want convenience and quiet.

Beautiful, Quiet, Relaxing Condo

The visit to New Symrna Beach was a long weekend getaway and the owners at the condo made everything perfect and relaxing! Beautifully decorated and fully stocked and just a few minutes walk to the awesome Atlantic Ocean and pristine beaches. The famous So Napa Restaurant only five minutes away for a world class dinner and then romantic walk on the beach. I highly recommend this condo for a weekend getaway or long vacation stay for couples or families. The owners have thought of everything to make the experience absolutely wonderful! I can't wait to go back!

Anniversary Celebration

We had a wonderful time. Our condo was perfect for my husband and I. It’s close to everything we needed. It was quiet and very pleasant. The condo has all the amenities that we needed. It’s very cute, clean, and has a wonderful kitchen so you can cook anything that you want. It’s super close to the pool and the beach. All in all it’s great and affordable as well. We will definitely consider this property for future trips.

The host Anniekim was super responsive and helpful. The condo was cute and nicely decorated, spacious living annd dining room area and the kitchen well stocked. Walking distance to the beach was the best! Amenities like pickleball was a hit with the kids, definitely would go back!

What a beautiful home! It’s updated beautifully and was a very comfortable stay for our family. A short walk to the beach and the neighborhood itself is lovely for a walk, complete with a nature trail! The hosts were so accommodating, responsive and kind- we’re grateful for this find and the wonderful stay and hope to stay again soon!
