The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. The kitchen is accompanied by a spacious comfy living room and a beautiful backyard. Our fenced-in backyard is packed with lush flowers and palm trees to bring out that getaway vibe. The backyard also includes a nice patio area with a BBQ grill, and a nice outdoor dining area. If you chose to explore Sarasota, the area is covered in amazing restaurants as well as performing art venues. This home is the perfect getaway for friends and families.

Our Recommendations; While in Sarasota make sure to check out Lotsa Lobster, in our opinion they are the best place in the area for fresh fish and lobster.

2. Quiet hour from 10pm-7am
3. Pet 🐕are okay if at most 25lbs and at our approval.Dogs not allowed to be on the furniture. Sofa chairs or beds.
4. Pet charges are $80
5. An additional $20 charge per extra guest
6. No smoking inside, outside is perfectly fine as long as cigarette butts are not thrown on the lawn.
