Dear Katerina, I am glad that you loved the house. I did everything what was in my power to reply on all and every message (where to find larger cutting board, jumping to the pool in and out because you are a dancer and are not afraid to do it when it is 40 degree outside , etc.) . I actually was concern about your health and explained that heater can't warm the pool when it is so cold outside. Never ever you asked about the bed sheets. Although we do have extra clean set for guests in the closet readily available. Guest can also use laundry machine. Daily housekeeping service to come during your stay to change the bedsheets is not advertised as a service included into the rental. It was your personal hygiene choice to sleep on same bed sheets for 10 days As to communications which were coming at random times from either your cell phone or your husband outside of the VRBO platform was a bit of the challenge. Yes it was a holidays season and I was a bit overwhelmed between work, VRBO and holidays preparation to keep up. My sincere apologies that I was not able to meet your expectation. Most of the hosts on Airbnb are working full time and I have replied to all of the messages within 10-15 min. My husband stop by to check on the pool heater, called mechanic to confirm that heater is working , made sure to address concern with heating system in the house (my husband and mechanic stop by to confirm that heating system is working properly) . Weather was not in your favor and this is something that is outside of my control. Imaging you book a hotel and went ski and instead of snow you got rain. Will you request hotel to reimburse you 50$ per night ? Even if you do , the answer will be - No. So when you start asking for reimbursement due to the cold whether only then I requested that all further communication will be through VRBO platform. We purchase a heated a month ago and it has been working correctly. The day you flew in from NY to Sarasota Temperature in NYC drops 50 degrees in 24 hours; first time area reaches single digits in nearly 4 years. Same true for Florida. Very unusual drop outside of human control. Temperature is slowly climbing up and it is 60+ degree at times during the day , but it is 43 at nights. accuwheather report shows that day you flew from NYC we had 63 F and than on 12/24-12/25 two days we had 45F. Last three days it is 54, 61 and 72. Heater is not working 24 hours a day normally and it is only running when pump is on. My husband came and reprogrammed the heater to work 24 hours As I explain , not every house in Florida have gas in addition to electricity power. Therefore electrical heater in Florida are more commonly installed on private properties , unlike hotels and condominium which most likely have gas heaters that heat a bit faster , but less efficiently. My husband was in the house few times to check that water is running warm when heater is on and with this weather it is impossible to re-heat the pool as fast as you wish. As I said my husband installed solar cover. It finally hit 79 on 12/30 and dropping again to 77 - 75 until the rest of your stay. When I have explained this your husband reply was - hold on I have Phd in physics and all the explanation we gave is basically you were not interested.
