The only thing that was a issue was the sliding door bottom sill, it's 5" tall and we kept hitting our toes against it. That's it...nothing else, it was great and absolutely enjoyable and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and just book this unit, you will not be disappointed. PS throw a towel in front of the sliding door bottom and save your toes and enjoy your stay

The People upstairs was so loud until 2am you could hear them and the kids running and stomping. The property itself was very nice. The check in and out and the host was great. Great location, traffic was awful don’t wait at the last minute to go places.

Loved staying here it was beach front and also a smaller condo so it wasn’t packed and it was only 4 story’s it was GREAT !

What you expected from a beach front rental...floors are in need of new grout...but overall good with plenty of room for the family...views are great and its in the middle of Pensacola and Panama City which makes it easier to travel the emerald coast

WONDERFUL

Perfect location, weather, comfort. Felt safe. Wonderful beach. The property manager checked on us several times. Would go back to this same location over and over. Great restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was in close driving distance.

Wonderful stay. Great location. Lot’s to do if you get tired of walking on the amazing white sand beach. Ps. You won’t get tired of walking on the beautiful white sand beaches.

Maintenance was fast and super sweet. Pool was a little small but overall I would recommend.

Great relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. It wasn’t as busy and had some relaxing time. Only thing is that the parking is on a hill so was a little rough for my older parents to walk back up but I ended up pulling up by the elevator and then going back down the hill. Too tight for me trying to park in the garage. Other then that it was a great experience.

Beach Getaway 2023

Beautiful condo. Very comfortable. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the Waves crashing on the shore. Easy check in and check out. Good communication with management. Wonderful location. It was Heaven just waking up, seeing the gulf, and being able to just walk out the door to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Good location

Unit is right at the top of the stairs. Very convenient. Nice decor, but wished for a clock in the bedroom. Parking at the Palms is a little difficult because of the slope. Less crowded beach with less units at the Palms.

Condo on the beach

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The weather was less than perfect which made the condo even that more cozy. The one problem we did have was with the TV, but I messaged the property manager and had someone at the door within 15 mins!! Problem fixed!!! Great location to all the attractions and easy access up and down the coast. Would definitely return!
