Ce magnifique gîte flambant neuf, situé en bord de mer, offre une vue imprenable sur le détroit de Malaspina. C'est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade tranquille et reposante. Profitez d'une vue spectaculaire depuis la terrasse couverte et n'oubliez surtout pas votre appareil photo, car c'est un véritable paradis pour la faune marine. À quelques pas de la plage et à quelques minutes seulement d'activités de niveau mondial telles que la randonnée, le kayak, le vélo et la pêche.
À votre arrivée dans ce gîte au bord de l’eau, vous pénétrerez dans un espace de vie de type studio comprenant une petite table et des chaises, un canapé, un lit king size et une petite cuisine.
Ce gîte accepte les animaux de compagnie sur autorisation préalable, car je possède trois golden retrievers qui vivent sur l’hébergement et ont libre accès au jardin commun d’un acre.

This place was amazing. Our private oasis overlooking the Ocean. Rachel is an amazing host. The property was well maintained. Nice extra when we arrived was the wine and beer. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Powell River.

The cottage is a little dream house -that is so peaceful, and quaint and a really nice place to unwind. The view of the ocean is picture perfect. Our host was very gracious and friendly. We really enjoyed our time there.

Situated just out of the main town, this wonderful little home has everything that you need for a work stay or mini vacation. The property is dog friendly and our dog was living her best life roaming the property and playing with balls. Rachel thought about and provided little treats… even for our pup! Clean and comfortable.

Spotless, cozy cabin with an unparalleled ocean view. While there is no stove in the kitchen, there are other means of cooking and we had no trouble preparing meals. Communication with Rachel was excellent and she made sure we were comfortably settled in. We highly recommend this property.

Rachel was an exceptional host! She thoughtfully left surprise treats for us — even including goodies for our dogs, which was such a sweet touch. The accommodations were beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The breathtaking ocean views were truly the highlight of our stay. We can’t recommend this place enough & plan on visiting again!

We were looking for a cozy quiet place to relax and unwind while having a fabulous view of the ocean. Check check check. Lovely studio cabin with all amenities you need. We took our air fryer because we like an oven. Our host Rachel was wonderful.

Perfect little stay in powell river!

Stayed five nights in the fall & saw some different whales thoughout our stay. The cabin it alot more equipted for cooking than we expected. With a toaster oven, hot plates & Bbq. Would recommend!

What an amazing view of the ocean looking towards Texada Island, breathtaking waking at first light to the sea and activity of nearby eagles.Rachel was an ideal host, greeted us shortly after arrival to see how we settled and again to wish in bon voyage on our continuing journey down the Sunshine Coast.Exploring Powell River, Lund and the islands was unforgettable, capped by beautiful sunsets at the Powell River seawalk.Thanks Rachel, give Charlie and Noodle a treat for a us.Jeff and Katya

When we arrived and saw the cabin and the water view from the deck we were so excited. No on in front of your view and such an amazing covered deck with gas firepit. Rachel is an amazing host and made us feel more than welcome - almost like family.Noodle and Charley (sp) were also great hosts and helped us feel at home as our dog passed away after we booked this vacation. Thanks boys.Great king size bed. Well set up kitchen. And the view - wow the view.Sorry Rachel, we too did partake a bit of the candies and the Buble. We should maybe restock the next trip.We are coming again.

The only thing that is more outstanding than this property is the generous, kind, and all-around awesome host! We stayed 4 nights in Novembergreat time to mingle with locals. The house is beautiful, immaculate, and has everything you would need. The view of the sea channel from the house is mind-blowing, and it's fun to take a steep walk down to the rugged, private beach. We brought our dogs and the host was SO welcoming to them. This was our anniversary, and we plan to go back again!

Our stay was FABULOUS! The cabin was just the perfect size and the bed so comfy! The lack of an oven was no big deal - we easily made our meals with the available appliances. So loved seeing humpback whales everyday, along with sightings of eagles, dolphins, orcas, and our daily visit with Mr Hummingbird. The beach was easily accessible too! We didn’t leave the cabin for the first five days of our trip, there was no need to! Already booked next year!!

Serenity at Last

Rachel's idyllic cottage was the perfect spot for us to restore our energy before the long two day journey home. The setting is even better than the photos. After we settled in with a refreshment in hand on the deck, I said "the only thing that would make this better, would be for a whale to show up." And to our surprise, a whale gave us a wonderful display just before sunset. Awesome!
