Beautiful home!

Great property

Had a wonderful stay. House was very nice and clean. There was only one negative. Lots of steps! However, they do have an elevator for you to send your stuff up.

Family Vacation

Due to a fire in our original rental, Birds Eye View and Cobb Reality saved the day! With 9 of us we needed a place large enough for three kids two couples and two singles. Again Birds Eye View saved the day.We did have issues however. No linens were provided for the beds when it was stated in the listing that they would be. Also, if you have children that move around in bed, do not alow them to sleep in the top bunks. The provided bed rails will not prevent falls as they are not the correct type for the mattresses. Our grandson fell out of the bunk and broke his wrist and bruised/lacerated his head and ear, requiring a trip to the ER.Cobb Reality was informed of these issues and said they would look into them.Asside from these the house is lovely and in an excellent location. We were comfortable and didn't feel 'stacked on top of each other'. Just be wary of children in the top bunks.

Reviewer Comments: I would HIGHLY recommend Cobb realty for your vacation rental .The rental was well equipped and stocked with any all essential items that you could even imagine needing.This property was the cutest ever!! The process was seamless and they were accessible any time I had questions during the reservation process which is extremely important to me . I say this because while searching for rentals I encountered this one rental company that ONLY communicated via text??? , here you are placing thousands of dollars on the line and the other boy form of communication is text.. no thanks. But not Cobb realty, from day one this company was very responsive and attentive to all my inquiries. Now with that being said, the only questionable issue that presented, was this camper that sat on the property, we wasn’t able to tell whether someone was in the camper, or if we were being watched , although we never saw anyone come or go, but we felt regardless, it was strange to have a camper sitting there and it was never mentioned to me during check in. But I think after a while we forgot it was there because we were having so much fun!! Cobb realty, thanks for exceeding our expectations!!

Cobb was great to rent from they made the process super easy. The house was nice and has golf cart access close. If you wanted car access you had to leave the neighborhood to find it.
