Exactly as pictured. Great view, close walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Host was excellent, fixed a minor issue very quickly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Condo was great for 2 families with young children. The condo is spacious and provides enough room for everyone to have their own space. The property was clean and in a location that was close enough to everything. Jorge was an excellent host and made our stay feel welcoming and easy. He was an all around gentleman. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay! The condo is spacious, clean, bright, and airy, with a beautiful white-and-gray décor and an open floor plan that makes it feel even larger. The water views are wonderful, and the sunsets are gorgeous. We especially loved sitting out on the deck, catching the breeze off the water and enjoying cocktails while listening to the live bands at the Lighthouse and Rudder. The deck furniture is great and makes it a perfect spot to hang out.There’s also plenty of practical space, including bedroom closest, bathroom closets, a large laundry room and a big hall closet that were great for storing all of our extra beach things.Jorge, the manager, is super friendly and helpful. He’s around whenever you need something, but never intrusive or in the way.A great beach condo with lots of space, beautiful views, and a fun Dewey atmosphere. We really enjoyed it!

Lòvely place in a nice location! Would absolutely stay again! It is a lot of steps and I would say if you plan on cooking bring stuff to do so.

Overall a nice rental that is dog friendly. There’s a lovely view of the bay and marina. Despite being next to the Rusty Rudder it actually isn’t too loud. Apartment D is the top floor, walk up. Air conditioning was working well and the porch is roomy and has nice chairs/table for relaxing. Fridge/freezer is working well. There is an oven/range and dishwasher too. WiFi and TVs with Roku. Walkable to ocean/bay and restaurants, very convenient.Few things of note:—Bring your own soap/shampoo/conditioner (only hand soap provided)—Bring your own beach towels (bathroom towels provided)—Bring your own beach chairs, toys, etc. there was a beach umbrella on the porch though—Washer machine was NOT working when we were there, unfortunately, though there is a nearby laundromat in Rehoboth to use—No grill, spices or wine glasses just FYI—Coffee maker(s) here (didn’t use) with lots of filters—Vacuum is great for all the sand that creeps in from the beach
