Oceanfront Condo Dewey / Rehoboth (Super tarif de novembre Ă  mars)

Ce charmant condo se trouve juste sur la plage. Vous pouvez profiter du lever du soleil tout en prenant un café sur la terrasse privée. Si vous ne voulez pas sortir, ouvrez simplement les stores et profitez de la vue depuis le salon. Quelle que soit la météo, l'océan vient à vous. L'ùge minimum pour louer est de 27 ans.

C'est une grande évasion pour les mois hors saison car il est à cÎté de la plage de Rehoboth. La plupart des restaurants de Rehoboth sont ouverts toute l'année ainsi que les centaines de magasins sur la Route 1 pour ceux qui aiment faire du shopping.

Les animaux domestiques sont autorisĂ©s hors saison uniquement avec une approbation Ă©crite et des frais. Seul un animal enregistrĂ© peut ĂȘtre dans l'unitĂ©. Les animaux non enregistrĂ©s seront supprimĂ©s.

Our stay was excellent. The view of the ocean was perfect. The location of the condo was so good that we did not use our car for four days and walked everywhere instead. The immediate access to the beach was a dream. The WiFi was high speed and easy to connect to.

This was such an easy check in. And the view was incredible! Nice to have a covered parking space too! The living space was spacious enough for a family of 4. The kitchen was laid out well. Bathrooms were a little tight but we knew that going into it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back again!

Lovely location, great for 4-5 people to stay. Living room with big windows facing the water that opens to a balcony. Rooms and kitchen are fine size for a beachside place. Main bathroom being attached to the kitchen is odd, but worked fine. My only gripe was that some of the windows were difficult to open as the locks seemed to be corroded (probably from salt exposure from being on the oceanfront). Also, while there's one parking spot, you can get a parking permit from the town hall that makes parking on the streets more feasible for another car.

Our stay at Sunspot

We loved the area. The people were all friendly, and we loved being able to take our dog, Gracey on the beach. The view of the ocean from the balcony was lovely. Our hostess was very helpful when we had any wpwyestiond. Would stay there again.

Filthy accommodations but a beautiful view

This property overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is steps from the beach. The ONLY thing worthwhile about it was that it’s beachfront. It had YEARS of accumulated dirt everywhere. Sticky surfaces which were covered with old food or liquid residue. I doubt it had been cleaned in YEARS

Family getaway

Overall our stay was great! The location you cant beat to the beach and restaurant/bars. Somethings need updated like the couch, very old and dirty with stains. Shower location in the kitchen was odd but for it just being the two of us and the pups, it wasn't a big deal. Thank you Mary!

Ideal location

I was very comfortable for my 2 week stay. As other reviews indicated, you can't get a better location. Sitting on the balcony was just as good as sitting on the beach. Kitchen was pretty well stocked so it met my needs. And I was happy that it was very clean! Would definitely come again.

A great small condo

Just the two of us looking for a quiet vacation and this oceanfront condo certainly delivered. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Steps from the beach and very short walk to restaurants and night life. The amenities within the house were great - no complaints. Fantastic communication with owner. We will be back.
