Thumbs up for sure.

I like how quiet it is. After heading down the mountain to Gatlinberg or Pigeon Forge you feel like you escape to your private little hideaway to unwind and relax going back at the end of the day. We definitely got the bug to do this again. Next time bigger cabin and less going down the mountain. It just feels like home away from home. Much better then a hotel stay. We seen bears right up the road from us too. Pretty cool!

Horrible management

We checked in Friday night. We noticed the main toilet wasn’t working and called the number. They sent a maintenance man out. He had no tools or anything to fix the job. He suggested us to use the downstairs toilet and he would put in for us to switch cabins. About an hour went by we called because the downstairs toilet was a hit or miss if it wanted to flush. Someone was gonna come back out. They marked it urgent. We waited and finally went to sleep. Next morning I called and the woman was gonna check with dispatch and left me know. I received no phone call. So I called back and was told that she would get someone out. Left for dinner called later Saturday night and was told no one will come until after our departure. We asked to swap cabins. The woman was supposed to send me a list of cabins and didn’t. The customer service was horrible. The cabin was unsanitary, and smelt like feces and urine due to the toilets. Made the for an unpleasant experience. I asked for some compensation back due to us having to deal with this and was told no. Do to the policy they can’t. They have to be given the opportunity to fix the situation. I definitely tried to have them fix the situation multiple times. It was my birthday weekend trip and this cabin and the customer service definitely ruined it for me.

Good cabin with hiccups

The cabin was cozy. The master suites king bed is extremely firm. By the second night, my husband and I were being “eaten alive” by the bed. The mattress was folding inward. We removed the mattress and box springs to discover the horizontal slats had been installed but the vertical support beam had never been. He had tools so we attached it. Same with the downstairs bed. The material was laying under the beds but not installed. The hot tub had thrown a breaker and we couldn’t find it, even after resetting the GFI.

Pleasant getaway

The cabin is awesome! We enjoyed our stay very much. The game room was enjoyed by all and the overall cleanliness of the cabin was appreciated. The only drawback is the drive up to the cabin Very steep and windy (to be expected) However there aren't any guiderails which makes it a bit dangerous especially if weather turns on you. It definitely wouldn't keep us from booking again. Just be careful.

A Bearcation

Upon arriving at check in, house cleaning was still there. My disabled dad, went to go downstairs & the first step broke, almost sending him down had he not caught himself. Property management sent someone out 2 hrs later to fix the broken stair after stating he'd be there within 30 mins. The living room TV did not work, WIFI did not work. Bedroom downstairs tv did not work because of no internet. Pullout couch bed had dirty sheets on it. Bathroom downstairs was nasty under the cabinet sink, as well as under the beds. Bunk bed is NOT stable, & needs to be anchored to the wall & retightened bolts. The mattress downstairs in the bedroom, is severely worn out. The middle caves in, causing you to roll to the center of the bed. My husband, 2 yr old, & I, did not have good sleep for the week. BUT the location is amazing, the cabin is nice just needs some maintenance. All amenities were great as well.

Perfect Cabin for a Mountain Getaway

We spent a week here for Thanksgiving and loved it. The cabin was exactly as described and very clean. We saw two bears the first day and that was very cool. The cabin had plenty of room, the kitchen was decently stocked with cookware, the grill was clean with propane ready, and the hot tub was clean and the kids enjoyed it! There are two porches with a wooded view and plenty of seating. The washer and dryer were very helpful and worked well. Some extra blankets and bigger/thicker towels would have been nice especially with the colder temps. We would stay here again and truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cabin

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The one way road to the cabin, not so much. We definitely planned our excursions out around driving it. Winter would be horrible. When we got there we found the light bulb out over the stairs. I texted and received an automatic response the office was closed so i waited until the next morning and texted again. No response until the evening before we left. In the meantime we also found a broken patio chair and a pair of dirty underwear, yuck! Otherwise, we enjoyed the decks very much and the pool table.

Greatest place

We loved it the layout was perfect we did have trouble with the TV going out one night but they fixed it the next day. And we had a storm lost electricity for a little bit and the air conditioning in the upper part didn’t have air all night. The next day was our day to leave so I hope it got fixed I’m sure it did

Pleasant Stay

We had never been to the area and enjoyed our week. The cabin was beautiful with plenty of room and amenities. The view, or lack of, was disappointing; but that did not spoil our vacation.

Nice getaway

Everything was great. Cabin was clean and maintained. Only complaint was we only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and our stay was 4 days with 8 people. Would definitely recommend.
