Thank you for your review! I love this neighborhood of OC and the walk-ability too. As far as parking for larger vehicles, the city painted lines for parking spaces on Central Ave. I just hosted a girls trip and rented a Yukon (felt like I was driving a boat). We had space within the lines and were able to get our luggage out without issue as well. Glad you enjoyed your stay :)

Love that you were able to catch the Wednesday farmers market across the street too—it really is a local treasure for fresh food and unique gifts! We appreciate your helpful tip about evening parking, you arrived for a very busy week. At times folks working on Asbury or the Dr's office park on Central and open up more parking when the head home. Pre check in I advise to double park for a minute to off load if there is no parking directly in front when you arrive then find a spot. When all else fails there are several lots within a block and street parking on our block is meter less. Dear Tracy, seriously dismayed to see your review but I also appreciate the positive comments as we responded immediately to your concerns. Our previous weekly stay review was 5 stars and guests are returning this year. Our winter season tenants came back 3 years October to May, and we have been hosting through VRBO/Homeaway for almost 10 years. It is a cute reasonably priced 3 bedroom; pet friendly and in a great location as you mentioned. Granted your stay began with a super high-level storm that even brought hail which I had never seen in Ocean City before. In addition to sheets of rain that soaked the north side of the house nearly all day. Over top of the 3rd bedroom is a fiberglass roof under the upper units decking which was done spring 2019 and we have had plenty of storms in a year but that one was a doozy and I’m glad we were able to fix it so quickly. We also responded right away to the outdoor outlet in the garden area next to the steps. I contribute both to that crazy storm. As far as the noise goes, I wish you would have mentioned it to me. I would have spoken to guests in the upstairs unite right away. Unfortunately, bad weather which you had a bit of during your stay keeps folks inside especially with this year limited rainy day activities because of the pandemic. Pandemic or not, bad weather or not usually guests who vacation with us and in Ocean City are family folks who are truly mindful of others enjoyment of their vacations too. I called the current guest who is there for a 3 week stay and asked about mold on the porch. She said there is no mold just some green moss/growth under the steps at the far side of the porch and I am having it power washed.

Sorry to hear parking was an issue for you. Sometimes Saturdays can be tricky with folks leaving, service providers cleaning properties and new guests arriving. Usually guests are able to get parking right in front or across the street. In the many years we have been hosting parking hasn't been an issue.
