In the Heart of Northern Bay Condo Community

It is a joy to relax at this "beach themed condo" where you can enjoy quiet mornings on the deck overlooking the golfers coming through on hole #2 of Northern Bay's replica hole golf course, take the kids to the outdoor pool, access the lake if you have a boat or rent a pontoon boat at the resort and then enjoy live music at the Tiki bar on most Friday and Saturday nights throughout the summer. Boat slip may be available for use, inquire if interested.

We loved our stay at Northern Bay! The condo was much more spacious than we anticipated. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials and some extra toiletries. The amenities on the resort were exactly what we were looking for, even though we don’t golf, it was a nice central location for exploring castle rock lake. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. We definitely plan to return!

The home fit our needs and it was clean upon check-in (that process was easy as well). Dave is a fantastic host. The swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis/pickleball courts, beach, Tikibar and fishing dock are an easy 3-5 minute walk.

The Sunset Condos at the Northern Bat Resort are great. This was our second time renting a condo at Northern Bay and it was awesome again. The condos are spacious and this unit is a 4 bedroom and fit our group of 8 without issue.The porches on each unit are very large and this porch faced hole 2 of the golf course. There is a high top table and cushioned chairs in the porch that were comfortable. It was great for eating and sitting and watching the golfers try to land on the green.We also were able to rent a boat slip at the resort so we could go out on Castle Rock Lake. We fished and cruised on the lake. We caught a bunch of small mouth bass during the trip.The golf course is gorgeous and is very well maintained. It has 7 replica holes and is challenging but fun.We were able to rent kayaks from Castle Rock Watersports across the lake at Shipwreck Bay and Big Pappa's Pontoon Rental is on site.With the pool, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, sand volleyball, golf, beach area and boating on the lake, there was plenty to do for everyone in our group, no matter their age.

An amazing place to stay! The area is absolutely gorgeous, and the memories we made will last a lifetime. If it works out we’re hoping to come back next year. The owners were incredibly responsive and came to the rescue within minutes when we locked ourselves out, and to bring us garbage bags.

Perfect Stay at Northern Bay!

We normally do the stay and play package through Northern Bay, but decided to go the VRBO route to save some money. This property was absolutely perfect, just as described, and Dave was the most attentive manager I've dealt with on VRBO! Great place, just as described! Would stay here again for sure!

Fabulous stay and host!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! **Rating: ★★★★★** I recently stayed at this golf resort with my son and nephews, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was spotless, which is always a top priority for us. The location couldn’t have been better, offering easy access to the golf course and other resort amenities. The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

July 4th weekend at the lake

This property was perfect for our group. The condo was exactly as described. It is perfectly located for the pool, the beach, and the tiki bar. A very nice resort. The host communicated everything we needed to know and had any information we wanted on hand in the condo.

I booked this trip for my daughters, granddaughter, and myself. This property was beautiful. The only complaint I would have is that there was dried blood on my daughter’s bed from someone else. Not sure if the sheets weren’t changed or if something happened while putting the sheets on the bed. There were extra sheets in drawer so we changed them ourselves. The bathtub in the master bedroom was not cleaned prior and I had to clean it myself before I let my granddaughter take a bath. Other than those two small things this property was perfect.

Northern Bay Couples Weekend

All four couples enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to many golf courses. Plenty of space and the condo was nicely equipped. Loved the deck overlooking the golf course.

Great condo!

We loved our stay! We had enough room for our 2 families and it was nice to be able to spread out. Dave was quick to respond and it was a very easy check in and check out process. I will look to stay here again in the future!

Great family vacation

Great stay booked by grandparents for children and grandchildren. Plenty to do...golf, swimming and day trips to the Dells. Condo was perfect layout and location to pool and beach. Short drive to golf.
