Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was nice and quiet except in the mornings from the people you read the other part of the unit from as small kids so they were awake and running on the floor like at 7 AM, which ended up waking me up every morning

Nice basement unit

Compact, clean basic unit. The upstairs is also rented out and the sound definitely transmits: footstep and squeaky bed.

Secluded, comfortable, perfect for a getaway

Peek a boo view of the water, quiet, comfortable and clean space. Woke up to amazing. Lots of wildlife, including deer, rabbits, and more birds than I’ve seen and heard in a long time! Close to Oak Harbor. Loved everything about this location and our stay.

3 nice nights

Two of us spent 3 nights here. It's a nice place with complete kitchen. The gas fireplace would light the pilot, but the main burner would not come on. It was a bit chilly without that extra heat. Comfortable bed, we'd stay again on a future visit.

Good location— noisy basement.

We enjoyed the rental until the last night when someone moved in on the level above us. It was noisy and hard to sleep when their bacon went in the microwave at 5:30 am and immediately woke us up with bacon smell. 😟

Fantastic amenities. Not clean.

I loved the view, the fireplace, and the price for a full kitchen. The bedding was not clean, and smelled like a teenage boy who used it had never washed the blankets. The towels were discolored and appeared dirty. When I asked for new bedding and towels, they responded quickly but the new towels had the same stain/discoloration on them, and they did not replace the bedding, just the sheets. There were cobwebs and spiders in the common area, which solidified my feeling that the place was not cleaned thoroughly. The pipes in the bathtub put out water that is yellow, so not sure what's going on there. I am writing this so that the owners can be made aware of issues.
