Perfect place for our family Christmas vacation!! Walkable to the beach, great yard for the dog, kitchen that had all of our needs, fun tiki bar/hot tub area, clean house, and so much more!! Highly recommend!

Great house and location

My family has stayed at Sea-esta for 5 years now and would definitely recommend to others. The house has a great layout and we love the fenced-in yard, pool, and tiki bar. It’s just a short walk to the beach and a close drive to stores and restaurants.

We had a great week at SEA-esta for the third year in a row. The house has everything you need and more. Our favorite parts of this house are the tiki bar by the pool and the short, flat walk to the beach. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return next year!

Great for Families and pets

We were very pleased with the location and the pool for the kids. The yard was huge for the dogs to run around in and great location for walking the dogs. It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful house and location

We have stayed here for four years in a row. The house is great, as well as the huge fenced in yard, pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. Everything you could need is right there. The beach access is just a short walk. Highly recommend this house when vacationing in Nags Head.

Excellent second time stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea-Esta for the second time. Compared to other similar properties nearby this house has great parking for multiple vehicles, a short and flat walk to the beach, many bathrooms, extra refrigerator space, and a great yard for dogs. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. We especially enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool and being able to walk to a local restaurant. We will definitely return!

Perfect home for family fun

Stayed 4 nights for Thanksgiving fun with friends and family. House layout was great, plenty of seating inside and out. Yard was well used by all our grandkids 2 years- 15. Too cold this week to utilize tiki hut area and pool was not in use. Can imagine we would spend a lot of time in that space during a summer rental.

Had a great time!

Our family really enjoyed our stay the week of the 4th of July. The house was perfect for our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children. Nadina was very attentive and quickly answered the questions we had about the property. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean and the pool was perfect. Overall a great experience and a wonderful relaxing vacation. We will be back.

Location, layout, pool area - amazing

We would stay at this property again. It was a very short walk to the beach. The outside area is spacious. We liked having a covered area to keep our beach bags and bikes. The pool is great with ample outdoor furniture. The tiki bar was fun and the bathroom attached to it prevented us from coming inside with wet suits. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms were all really nice. The layout worked well for our three families. The kitchen was well appointed. We sat out on the decks and loved having a mini fridge on the bottom and middle levels. We had a minor faucet issue and the host was extremely responsive. The AC kept up with the very warm temperatures. The house was as pictured.

Highly Recommend Sea-esta!

Undersold what was available: for example, two Pack and Plays in the closets. Lots of steps since main living is on the third floor. Great access to the beach; short walk. Close to many OBX attractions- Wright Brothers, Jockey's Ridge, shopping centers, and restaurants.

Nice, but not perfect.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found things we liked and did not like during our week. Overall it was fine and we had a good week.The Good:- Location is a plus for sure. A very short walk across the street and up to the Small St. beach access.- The yard is large. A lot of bare spots, and we were nervous there'd be sand spurs, but we were happy to not encounter any. Fence has some age on it, so we never left our dog out in the yard unwatched.- The shed had some good beach chairs, beach toys, and pool toys, once you sort through the items in rougher shape. The beach cart is on its last legs, but it worked fine for us.- The house was quite clean upon arrival.- Beds were comfortable.- Extra fridges on each level is a plus.The Not so Good:- The pool furniture is not as pictured. There was a single lounge chair, and it was cracked.- The toaster is really bad.- The 2nd floor bunk bed railing is not very secure. We did not use it and would not feel safe using it.- A tropical storm/depression came through, and that happens, so no problem. We were kind of weirded out that someone came to the house while we were out the day before the storm, and moved lots of outdoor furniture around, presumably so it would not blow around. We were planning to do that after getting an email from the rental company requesting renters prepare.- The camera thing is not a plus, but the owners can do that if they feel it is necessary. We were aware of the cameras when we booked and it did not deter us because the house location is good, but it is unnerving to know you're being "watched" while coming and going in the driveway or walking in the backyard.- The kitchen fridge is not great.We noted that the owners are going to manage renting the property moving forward, so we doubt Beach Realty will gain much from this review, but hope the owners do. After staying here, we think the house is fine but there are better options in this price ran

There was so much to do at Sea-esta and room enough that we weren't on top of each other. if you wanted to take a lap in the pool, drink pina colada's at the Tiki Bar, play yard games in the spacious back yard, or relax on the many deck chairs, this is the place to stay. and our dogs just loved the back yard to run and play. i would definitely recommend Sea-esta. I would like to give a shout out to the Property Management people at Beach Realty..they were always a phone call away and very friendly and helpful

Best place to stay at OBX

Well appointed home

The kitchen had the normal pots etc but also had a crock pot, foil etc, and containers for left-overs. The furniture is in great shape and the place is pet friendly. It is also less than a block from the beach! We will definitely try to here again.

Overall, clean, cool (AC was awesome during heat weave) and spacious. Rental agency checked in on our satisfaction. I would definitely return back.

Great place for a family

The house is advertised as dog friendly with a fenced in yard. It was nice but the fence has holes and is broken in multiple places. It needs to be redone. Several chairs in the pool area were also broken. The house was clean and everything worked nicely. We will be back next year!

Need new property management

After being incredibly excited for a week with family, we were incredibly disappointed with the service we received. We had been watching the weather in preparation for our week and when we suspected cooler temps, we provided about 3 weeks notice for pool heat and paid the additional fee. When we arrived, sure enough the weather was cloudy and cool for most of our stay, however we discovered on our first day that the pool heat wasn’t working. I contacted the property managers DAILY regarding an update and a resolution. We have since checked out and I still have not had this resolved despite a refund request since I paid an extra $400 for something that never worked. We’ve rented a number of properties for vacation over the years and I have never had a property management company who is so non-responsive and so unhelpful. As a result, the pool was essentially unusable given the temps and our small children (6 kids in total) were extremely disappointed that we couldn’t use one of the main features of the house. In addition, the tiki bar lights did not work, making that another disappointment for what was an exciting feature. The maintenance person that stopped by a couple times was rude and dismissive. Between that and the horrendous customer service, I will absolutely not rent a property by Beach Realty ever again. We have large annual family reunions (16-30 people) and will make sure to avoid this property management company in the future. If we do not receive a refund, I will be lodging further complaints with other agencies.

Great stay despite not so great weather

We had a great stay despite the weather being rainy and cold all week. The only small critique is that even though it technically sleeps16, the beds wouldn’t be too comfortable for 16 adults. We only had 12 so it didn’t really matter, but the bunks are a bit low so anyone over 5’4” would hit their head if they were on the bottom bunk. But again that’s the only small issue. Other than that everything was great.

Great Beach House
