Guest Access:

You have the entire property to yourself during your stay. A unique door code will be provided to you the day of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:

Quiet street with direct access to Beach Access 13 just a 2 minute walk at the end of the street. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and biking.

Getting Around:

The beach is a short 2 min walk. We have a large driveway suitable for 6+ vehicles. Golf carts and bikes can be rented from several locations on the island.

Other Things to Note:

AMENITIES:

We provide bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. We also provide a starter pack of K-cups, a variety of spices, salt, pepper, sugar, and more. Take advantage of our blender, crock pot, stainless steel appliances and more. We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and 4 bikes for you to use during your stay.

ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. You will be provided with a 4-digit code the morning of your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:

There is parking for at least 5 cars in the driveway as well as two cars underneath the home.

INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed Internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway!

You can access your Hulu, Netflix and other streaming accounts with the Smart TV. Please note that there is no live TV unless it is included with one of your streaming accounts.

We do have 1 exterior security camera overlooking the street.

Beach towels are not provided.

We do not allow pets in our home without specific approval.

We do not issue refunds due to weather. We strongly encourage that you purchase travel insurance in the event of severe weather that this area is prone to especially during hurricane season.
