One Charleston Place B St. George Island, FL Vacation Rental - Welcome to "One Charleston Place B" where you are just steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico!

Situated in the center of St. George Island awaits a small community of 5 homes known as One Charleston Place. This private community offers a shared pool just outside your door step, beach access, outdoor shower, and charcoal grilling area. Our Charleston style, three story home overlooks the gulf beaches, while the surrounding brick privacy wall offers a secluded small community feel. Within steps of the SGI Light House and Blue Parrot Dining Restaurant you are in the center of all the action St. George Island has to offer.

With beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, the first floor offers an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with charming decor and wonderful Gulf views. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counters and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats up to 6 and the living room offers a large flat screen TV and direct access to the covered deck with 1 patio table, 4 chairs, and a breath taking view of the beach and gulf over the pool. This level also offers a half bath for your convenience.

The second floor south king bedroom with a full private bathroom has a flat screen TV and direct access to another private, covered deck that is perfect for morning coffee while enjoying another spectacular beach view. The north bedroom offers a queen bed with a full private bathroom also has a flat screen TV. A convenient laundry room with washer/dryer is located on this floor.

The third floor offers a wonderfully private king bedroom with a full private bathroom and flat screen TV. This retreat is perched high above the sand and has windows on all four sides.

Wonderful place to stay

Great location on island and beach. We enjoyed watching dolphins from our porch. It was cool when we were there so didn't get to use the pool as it isn't heated but was clean. House was clean and perfect for our family stay. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were useful for our visit.

We love visiting St George Island and this property was perfect. The home and location was just as described. The beds were so comfortable too.

Great location!

This house is in an amazing location because it’s walkable to pretty much anything you want in SGI. The kitchen isn’t as stocked as we had though it would be but we still managed and would recommend this house for anyone as long as you expect to buy a few things to use the kitchen.

Perfect location for our honeymoon

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The parking spots are a little tight especially when guests are staying in house A, to the left of this house. The cleanliness, location, and amenities are unbeatable on St. George Island. If you are looking for restaurants, skip the next door neighbor “blue parrot”. Go check out the red pirate or paddy’s raw bar instead. Staff at both restaurants were so much better than the blue parrot.

Great property great location

Great property, some issues need addressing. Little hot water at kitchen sink just lukewarm, this means dishes not cleaned at best level. Need to spray for bugs. Found a brown widow at pool and a brown recluse spider in the shower. Listing needs to change to state there is a K-cup machine. No dvd player that works missing cable. Both safes were locked by previous renters. Dirty garbage bags left, used wash cloth left under sink, and some toilets had dirt rings. Cleaning staff need training.
