For a quick beach get away this was perfect. House had the adorable comfortable beach bungalow feel. A quick walk to the beach and a cute pool for relaxing at home. Owner is great and went above and beyond when we had rental car issues on the day we checked out!!

Loved our stay and will be back very soon! The home was spotless and my pup loved the fenced in backyard. Very short walk to the beach. Laura was amazing to work with and even sent a text with all the info for check in so you don’t have to go to the Vrbo app to find it.

The family and animals loved the house! Unfortunately we had to take an emergency trip to the vet when our small dog had a couple sips of saltwater. There were a few hiccups with the house and grounds, but that usually normal with any property you rent.

Beautiful home & Amazing Location

The house was beautiful. The owner was very responsive to our messages and accommodated us needing a playpen for one of our twins. The kids loved the heated pool at night. Would definitely stay here again!!

The Perfect Beach House!

The house was amazing and only a short walk to the beach. This was our first trip to St. George Island and we plan to make the island and this property our go-to spot for future vacations! The location, the house, the pool and the pet friendly rules were all beyond perfect! Thank you for sharing your home!

SGI Family Retreat

Had a wonderful time in this lovely 4 br home. Everything was super clean, the pool was great and communication with the owner was superb. We would def rent this unit again for our next trip.

Great location close to the beach and all the right amenities

Very well kept and very easy in and out. There was everything we need. Parking, golf cart the out door shower and fenced yard for our pets was perfect. No issues with size and everything worked.

Beach Vacation

I was impressed with the house! The yard was great for the dogs, and the location was perfect. We could walk across to the beach or ride bikes along the path across the street. Everything was exactly as pictured and described.

Perfect Getaway

This house is perfect for a beach getaway! Very short walk to beach and short drive to the island center with restaurants and stores. The house was very clean and cozy, and well stocked with anything you might need. Our host was also very communicative and provided great details before the stay to help plan and pack.

So close to the beach and the perfect dog-friendly rental! Laura was a great host and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay on St. George Island!

Third times the charm!

This was our third time staying on the island and the best home we’ve stayed in yet. You can tell it was put together with families in mind, as it had everything we needed plus extras. Our boys played for hours with the wooden track and loved the bunk beds. I loved all the gates, I’m anxious about water and loved that I was able to feel safe. This is the first home that we’ve stayed in that just felt welcoming. It was very easy to relax and feel at home. The pool is absolutely perfect and bigger than it looks in photos. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this home.

The owner was very helpful throughout the renting process. The house is a great place to have dogs and is very close to the beach which is dog friendly.

Great family trip!

We had the opportunity for a last minute trip with my daughter, her husband and my two “granddogs.” This house is perfect for pups - the fenced in area was great! The house was also great for adults - we had plenty of room, the home was clean and the pool was lovely. Walk to the beach was minimal. We would highly recommend!

Fall adventure with friends

There were 4 of us adults and our large dog. We came down to SGI to go to Porchfest and enjoy SGI. This property was great for us - close to the beach, a great yard for our dog, wonderful pool and lovely deck for enjoying coffee and conversation. The weather was perfect and the host was super helpful.

My grandmother was one of a handful of full time residents on St. George Island when she purchased property in the 1950s. The first trips I made to the island were via ferry boat. Sometime following my grandmother's death, her house was sold.
In 1993 my mother purchased the house that I now own. My grandchildren are the fifth generation of our family to fall in love with St. George Island.
