This house was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and fishing off the dock. It was a short walk to the beach so the location was excellent.

The pool was the icing on the cake

The home was perfect for our family while visiting Florida for our granddaughter’s National gymnastics competition!! The pool was the highlight of the trip not having to be around a bunch of other people fighting for chairs we got to enjoy it all to ourself!!! The homeowner, Beth was very accommodating and even surprised our grandson with a cake and balloons for his birthday the day we arrived. Definitely make sure if you are looking for a rental try this one out.

Our communications with Beth Ann and Ron were excellent. We had a few questions and they called and handled immediately. Their house has a fabulous pool area and location - very short walk to the beach and grocery store and also an easy walk to restaurants/bars/shops in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. The house itself could use some redecorating, but all is clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need provided for us - kitchen supplies, beach toys, pool toys, beach wagon… awesome!!. We would definitely stay there again!!

Bermuda riviera canal front property

Property and house were beautiful. Pool was great. Unfortunately we were there when the bulkhead was under construction but I can’t wait to see it when the bulkhead and back yard is complete. I would love to return with my boat! Thanks again for the great communication.

Amazing family reunion and getaway!

Beth was such an amazing host! We arrived to a welcome card and some yummy goodies and drinks from Beth! This home and our entire stay were so lovely. It was all about the backyard pool for us. We loved that all of the pics were true - that outdoor pool and seating were incredible! The location is great, and we felt very safe too. Close to groceries and CVS, as well as restaurants. She provides beach gear as well as pool noodles and inflatables that the whole family had fun using. Definitely coming back! Thank YOU, Beth!

Amazing

Family and Friends stayed at this awesome house We had an Amazing time House was as described House was super clean and anything that a family might need was available Intercoastal was super close The only reason I did not give it a 5 Star was although it has a dock for a boat it has no latter to get it and out of the boat I docked a 30 foot Mako center console and it was tough getting in and out When the tide is low it becomes very challenging to board or get out. The sea wall is are high So anyone thinking docking a boat must take this consideration Other than this house and pool is perfect and awesome

Amazing 2 Family Stay. Fantastic property and Host,. A+++

We were two families of four. Our children range in age from 6 to 12 years old. The property was fantastic. The house has two wings with bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and sitting area are in the center. The WIFI and TV selections were great. There was also a small desk in nook overlooking the canal that we used for occasional remote work. The outdoor area was excellent. The pool, canal and patio dining space outside made for an excellent area to hang out. The property is well equipped inside and out. We cooked often and the kitchen has everything you need. Outside you have chairs, a beach cart, kayaks, a cooler and some basic fishing gear. These items make it simple to head to the beach. The proximity to the beach is great. It is a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly. Beth was an amazing host. She was very accommodating and her communication was excellent. While nothing came up that required assistance my impression was that Beth would have been there if needed. I would highly recommend this property and host.
